I always take my cars here to get an alignment, but today my wife came today to get her car aligned, she went in around 3pm and said the guy was very rude to her. She thought that she couldn’t get her car aligned because she didn’t make an appointment, but then the worker proceeded to tell her that she couldn’t make an appointment and that she needed to come in early in the morning. We live an hour away and with work it’s really hard for us to come in the morning.

I called on short notice. I purchased 4 NEW tires and got an alignment 7 months ago and my tires are now worn out.
Mansel’s assessed my vehicle and informed me that my alignment was 1/4 inch off and could contribute the damage to my tires.
Their service was efficient, effective, friendly and reasonably priced. Cost least then the misaligned alignment that I paid for.

Can’t say enough good things about my experience with this shop. Mr. Mansel did his absolute best to get me the best price he could for all of the parts he ordered and installed on my car. He even returned a part that he determined didn’t need to be replaced and saved me a ton. Mr. Mansel was incredibly responsive to calls and texts about parts order and what was going on with my car. They got the job done right very quickly for as good a price as I could’ve asked for. Definitely definitely will be coming back. Highly recommend.

As someone who cares about their car a lot and is apprehensive about anyone working on it, I highly recommend Mansel's. They were very cautious with my car and took their time to get the alignment perfect. Very reasonable prices and professional staff that even asked me what specs I wanted before doing the alignment. Great experience all around!

I've been using these folks for at least 20years they really are best bang for the buck from a ford to Chevy to a couple of BMW's my friend go there and I send any one looking g for an alignment
