Unless your vehicle has a popular company name on the side, don't expect to get any service from this guy. We were told our car would be serviced within two weeks. Several calls and six months later and nothing had been done to the car. He has no customer service skills and could care less about his customer.

Amazing shop! Real mom and pop place, Tex and Jeff really know what they're doing, honest mechanics, fair prices, and fast service keep me coming back. I've tried every other shop in BCS and non of them come close to Make-A-Way's integrity and class!

I have been using them for years. I recommended them to several co-workers up until this year. This year they did work for me that was not good. There was some circumstances neither the shop nor my self controlled. When I drove off after 9 week in the shop, I thought my truck was finally fixed. I did experience low power in the passing gear and other problems like a miss on #2. I called the shop within 48 hours trying to see what they wanted me to do and left several messages without a single call back. Tex also sent me several texts when he wanted early payment, but also would not respond to texts. Long story short, another mechanic in town worked on the truck ( yes I had to pay for the work again) and found several things that could have been easily corrected or should have been done right the first time.
