“This review is to compliment my new friend Curtis for exceptional service at Fabric Care Cleaners!We had stored a large portion of our personal goods at a Self Storage business in BCS. We rented two of their 10 ft x 20 ft Climate Control rooms. The building was new and we were the first to rent & use those two rooms - which was a serious mistake on our part. Another mistake was packing items such as my business suits & sport coats in cardboard boxes.Turns out the manager called me to report that water was running under the roll-up doors and across the hall into other Climate Control rooms.Among our discoveries when the doors were opened was lots of water soaked boxes, including the one containing the suits, sport coats & pants in the photo.So I met Curtis when I arrived at Fabric Care Cleaners with a large garbage bag with soaked clothes.Curtis walked out to our truck to feel the wet clothes. He told me not to worry he could fix them and carried them inside. He told me he would call me when he was finished. Curtis called a few days later to tell me the clothes were ready for pickup.The photo doesn't do justice to what Curtis accomplished!I hope no one else has this sort of disaster, but I am confident that Curtis can do magic with your ordinary dry cleaning.My other advice: Let someone else be the test case to see if the roof leaksPack valuable belongings in stout plastic bins such as those Home Depot sells.”
