I went to LCW&D in May, 2023. The young men were pleasant and busy working. They had a crew! My car was dirty with dog hair and crud I didn't even want to try to do myself. The service was fast and excellent. My car was returned quickly and successfully cleaned. The only thing I will ask next time is that they leave off the slight finishing oil. I will use this business again again.

These guys price gouge . I used these guys for 2 years. There’s no set price now. They go off of how many people they have working & how hard they have to work that day. Don’t go there.

I just asked for a simple exterior wash. I asked them don’t touch the inside please just give me a simple exterior wash. Not only did they not listen to my request to not touch the inside, they 1. Moved my personal items around the car 2. Pressure washed my mats without asking me 3. LOST one of the caps to my weather tech mats! I went to them because I have a convertible and only like to hand wash to avoid getting soap on the soft top but yet I’m left with an overpriced wash that wasn’t even worth it(watermarks all on my windows) extremely disappointing :(

I told them I didn't have a ride to leave and come back and ask if I could stay while they cleaned they said okay come back in 20 minutes we'll be ready I came back in 20 minutes I asked if they had an extractor to make sure the seats would be dry and he said yes but I think you're confused on my service go to shammy

I use to go every week paying 40.00$ a visit my last visit I was informed I'd be paying 50.00$ I will no longer use this place, you don't raise the price on a gaurranted customer!

I went only looking to get the inside cleaned and headlight restored. They went ahead and cleaned the outside for me. Loved the outcome and definitely would recommend!!!
