Every time I come to pick up a prescription, they tell me to wait 15 minutes. Every. Single. Time. I always have to come back. It's almost like they just wait to fill your script until you show up to come get it. I am changing pharmacies.

Pharmacist is very unprofessional, it took me 3 times to get a hold of someone without being placed on hold. I called from a provider's office. Their lack of attention is sad and will NOT recommend to our patients.

Christy is absolutely the best pharmacy cashier I've encountered. Now.. let's get to the rest of the pharmacy.. A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. my script is never I mean never ready. I can call and simply put in a time.. get there.. stand on line 15 to 20 minutes and then when I walk up.. they ask me to give them twenty more minutes. This is such a waste of my personal time. KROGER PLEASE DO BETTER. IVE ALREADY MOVED ALL MY SCRIPTS EXCEPT ONE. BECAUSE THE PHARMACY CAN'T GET IT.. IM TIRED OF KROGER .

I have been trying to get my prescription filled for over a week now for a medication I have to take daily. It was supposed to be ready June 29 after trying numerous times to request a refill online. Then I get the notification that the drug is out of stock and would be ready July 5. I go in today July 6 and now they tell me it will not be in stock until July 10. I have been completely out for 5 days now but they did not care. The techs solution for that was to transfer my prescription, which I will.

I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT A GOOD EXPERIENCE WHEN DEALING WITH THE KROGER PHARMACY. THEY ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL SO FAR AND I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR 3 YEARS.

The staff here is friendly and helpful. Something about their layout or system is noticeably less efficient than the Kroger on Longmire though because it consistently takes almost double the time for the same amount of customers. But just like the one on Longmire, they will help you find the cheapest way to pay for your medicine. Good people

Hands down worst grocery store have ever been in my life! Went pickup my prescriptions that were suppose have been ready days ago and they still were not filled. 15 days post open heart surgery these meds are essential in my recovery. When questioned about the delays no one would help and later was called told they would not fill my medications at all. Facing recovery now with no medications till Monday at earliest! what great store!

I literally have tried holding back from having to move pharmacies but I am at the point that I can't hold back anymore. This pharmacy use to be amazing and had such great customer service. Now every time I go they are absolutely rude, the person in front of me will get a smile and great service then when I go next I get attitude. I've never been rude even when they've had me waiting almost an hour to fill a prescription. They always say they don't have my prescription then when I call and bug them over and over they all of a sudden say they found it. This pharmacy is ridiculous.

I found out that Kroger Customer Desk sale license for your car or truck. It took me five minutes to get the license with no waiting. This is better that the tax office and for the same price.

Waiting in the drive thru line or inside is an absolute nightmare. Several times I have been told my prescription would be ready and it’s not and we have to wait another 30 minutes at the store. My husband went to pick a prescription for me and was told it was “not authorized”. I called the next day and they said someone must have keyed in the wrong number and she couldn’t tell me why that would happen. Went to pick up my prescription and they asked which strength I needed and said there were two different ones. Turns out they filled the wrong prescription and had to wait again for the new one to be filled. Several times I’ve waited in the drive through at the window in excess of 15 minutes and kept calling and finally had to call inside to get someone to help me. Once I waited for 20 minutes to be told the drive through closes at 7:45 yet no hours are posted on the drive through that they close 15 min early. When I called in the man said the drive through closes at 7:45 but nowhere does it say that online or on posted hours. It was like 7:58 at this point when I was talking to the tech on the phone. I asked if we could run inside to get it we’ve been waiting for almost 30 minutes. He said “if you can make it inside in 2 minutes”. Rudest most unhelpful and untrained staff. I switched here because it was closer to my house when we moved but I will be transferring all of my prescriptions back to HEB and driving further to get them.

A pharmacy staff member was very rude informing me they were closed. She could have politely said they were closed for lunch. I'm going to switch to CVS. They will mail my RX's.
