Hands down worst grocery store have ever been in my life! Went pickup my prescriptions that were suppose have been ready days ago and they still were not filled. 15 days post open heart surgery these meds are essential in my recovery. When questioned about the delays no one would help and later was called told they would not fill my medications at all. Facing recovery now with no medications till Monday at earliest! what great store!

I found out that Kroger Customer Desk sale license for your car or truck. It took me five minutes to get the license with no waiting. This is better that the tax office and for the same price.

Free wifi that reaches the parking lot and something delicious for lunch. I took a couple of work meetings from a shady spot in the parking area and then popped in to the store to see what I might have today. The store is quite large and the parking lot is large. Clean and tidy, with empty cart corrals and no loose trash. The interior of the store is well lit and well organized. Lots of associates rushing about or tending their work areas with no line at the checkout area. Walking through the deli, I picked out one of yesterday's rotisserie chickens that is now served cold and at half price. A full chicken for $4? You bet! Some cheese to go with it and now I have a keto-friendly lunch with leftovers for dinner. Kroger bought the Harris-Teeter chain a couple of years ago so my VIC number works and I earned a couple fuel points on today's purchase. [Review 17388 overall - 403 in Texas - 906 of 2022.]

Too expensive for the products offered. Even with the loyalty program, it's just not worth the price. Saved less than $2 on a $100+ bill. Also tried to use my loyalty number for gas, but the pump wouldn't work and I lost my discount anyway. Parking lot and store aisles horribly organized and crowded

Worst grocery store in America. I had shopped here for 20 years before I finally got fed up enough to try and never return. We are talking mayonnaise for $4.89. Produce that never is labelled with a price, and daihon for $8.99/lb. Daihon! So easy to grow in Texas that it is fed to cattle! For $9 per pound! Floors never clean, shelves not stocked, never a price on produce, employees that stonewall you in times of need, and never walk away from your cart, or it will disappear. But now, after the Covid crash, a new problem to deal with: employees that are intentionally rude. We are talking uncommunicative, insulting, intentionally hindering rude! Hiring has gone "woke", trying to pull the unemployed off the street and give them an income. Without the consideration of customers, they pull streetwise indigents off the street and put them behind the cash register. What are they thinking?! I was in a hurry when I last [and I do mean "last"] went in for a quick purchase. But as luck would have it, I was subjected to the same old problems all over again. Deja Vue. I now have new resolve to never darken their doors again. Qoth the Raven ....

What is going on with the birds in the parking lot at this Kroger's? I came out to my car and there were more birds there than... well no, there's no comparison that's accurate to illustrate how many frigging birds there were. I got in my car and milliseconds later they were on my roof. They DGAF. But other than that, a delightful Kroger's I imagine I'll see in my future. Self checkouts rule here!

This store is so screwed up and the manager doesn't care either. The customer service guy Brandon talks to you like some kid . This store screws everyone over buy marking things on sale and then says oh it's only a certain kind even when the crappy little sign says it's on sale. I will drive all the way across town before I ever step into another Kroger again . I will be taking all my over priced groceries that they got me on back in the morning. Don't shop here they will screw you.

Skip the hype and the service of the Click list at Kroger. Looking for true service check out Walmart grocery, H-E-B , or Sams. I just returned from across town with what was not out of stock on my $60+ dollar Click list order. Total received $9.03. Less than 1/2 of the items I ordered were stocked. Now I am not asking for the obscure item. So if you are in want of Claussen pickles, Crystal light, Hormel or Kroger pepperoni, Kroger pork loins, either Thomas or Pepperidge fa

I have frequented this Kroger since they opened. The produce guys are friendly, and absolutely ADORE their loyal cashier named Hope. The new construction is an inconvenience, but hoping it will be worth the trouble. I have been doing curbside, their system is easy to use and the shoppers are friendly. Just wish the young shoppers knew the difference between peaches and nectarines when I am doing my older mother’s order. I’ll order 5 of each, and get two bags with 5 nectarines in each bag. No peaches, even though I’m charged for peaches. This has happened 3 or 4 times. Frustrating!! Peaches are the FUZZY ones, and my mother likes them both.

I've been a Kroger customer for decades. I've used the pick-up service many times, and have always been pleased. Today, though, I received my first delivery order and the experience was awful. I expected there to be items that would need to be substituted. What I wasn't expecting was there to be ZERO COMMUNICATION during the entire transaction. Okay, I did get 18 text messages (no joke -- 1 message for each item that needed to be substituted, but no mention of what the shopper was choosing to replace the item with!) The shopper didn't even knock on the door when she had finished dropping the items off outside my apartment! The whole thing would have easily been fixed with a simple phone call so I could approve substitutions. But instead, I received and was charged for over $40 worth of items that I can't use, including $20 of cat food my cat won't eat! The other thing I didn't get: a receipt! Not even the most basic communication you should always get in a grocery store, proof of purchase! So I have no way to take things back either. Be forewarned on the delivery service. Worst service ever.
