Owner is unprofessional and poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment in the morning but when I showed up, my name was not on the binder. Then someone is ready to assist me anyway but then they tell me I should've brought my dependents IDs. I asked how come you didn't tell me that on the phone even though I specifically asked what papers do I need to bring. Then the owner comes and tell me I'm wasting their time. The nerve! How rude! Oh, and the place is thrash too with no AC or not even a fan. smh

Yikes.. Do not file your taxes with them. They conveniently "forget" to mention the ridiculous amount that they will charge you to prepare your taxes. I was in a rush and went here to file my Taxes when a lady that prepared my Taxes didn't even have the correct amount at first called me and said that they were charging me x amount of money. It wasn't until her manager double checked that the manager stated that I made more so that I'd pay the excessive fee that she was charging me but I still refused and tried to get my W-2's back she tried to trick me into thinking that I could not get my W-2's back until I asked if she was legally allowed to hold them it was that she said that I had to pay a fee because she spent time working on my Taxes. I was not aware of said fee or that it was something that could happen, I asked to speak to the owner however, she refused to take 5 minutes to speak to me about how ridiculous the amount that they were charging was. Or to waive the fee. I already got a few members of my family to not go back to her establishment and I hope that if you do file with her, your smarter than me and ask how much they will charge to file your taxes because they will not tell you unless you ask and there is a reason for that.
