The burritos taste like dog food. And they charge way to much for everything. $3.50 for a fountain drink. $22.50 for a vape I just bought a week ago for $15.

It’s big and new but dirty and nowhere to fill a water cup. Bathroom was dirty, and any time of bathroom has a sign that says to see the cashier if the bathroom is dirty, I know that means they are not regularly checking it on their own. And they weren’t. Also, there were no prices on anything, and in usual convenience store fashion, everything was severely over priced. It wouldn’t bother me to pay extra for convenience, if the place was nice and clean.But it wasn’t.

My Visa Vanilla Gift card was declined at the pump and so I went inside and bought 25.00 worth of gasoline. There was 100 bucks on the card and what I thought was 75 left on the card . I went into Bryan and ordered a burger and was told zero funds on the card .Crud.So I call the company and they say you have to talk to the bank. I tell them there is no bank it's a gift card. Talk to my manager tomorrow he says . He tells me he doesn't care. There problem becomes my problem. I talk to the manager and he says I spent the money somewhere else and hangs up on me. I have to drive in there and face the man who hung up on me to physically show him that his company took my funds. I guess I have to call the law too cos this is petty theft .They are a franchise that doesn't care that will hang up on you and steal your money .For your own good even if you run out of gas ,do not go there. They don't have to answer to anybody and they steal.

The service was poor, the attitude was poor.. the fact they charge to sleep in your own vehicle is horrible... everything about the store was poor... bathrooms, showers and the workers there... if you dont "have" to stop for an emergency, GO ELSEWHERE!.. store is a rip off and they refuse to make sure the customer matters

Restrooms closed, was advised to use the truck stop restroom...NO BABY CHANGING STATIONS. Not an ideal stop if you're traveling with babies.

I came in a few days ago, completely admiring the new place and completely unsure of what it was that I was wanting. I was approached by a young lady who worked there named Katie. And she told me that she was new there but she was more than going to help me find anything that I could be looking for possibly. She continued to help me and was very polite and respectful in every way. I would totally recommend that place because if I could get customer service like I got that night anywhere else I would make sure that I go back there more. I will be returning to that place a lot more due to the service I received at night. Thank you Miss Katie for everything you did for me and for helping me out that night you brightened my day and made my evening more worthwhile.

The parking is a nightmare as it holds mostly local trucks. The store is large with a lot of selection the restrooms are nice. The showers are nice but need some improvement they need to get rid of the rubber mats as they grow mold and are hard to keep clean and they need some coat hangers to hang things and a shelf in the shower to put things on FYI drivers do read reviews and base decision on those and if they can't park they won't stop

A clown designed this truck stop as a joke. Possibly the worst layout of a truck stop I’ve ever seen. As soon as I saw the layout I didn’t even bother parking, I just left.

They charge $10 to sleep here in a normal civilian vehicle. We were happy to spend money on gas or other services to give them reason to serve us as a customer and allow us to rest as trucks stops should, and as every other truck stop I've stayed at has thus far. If you can, don't give them the luxury of being their customer and accepting your money as they will not treat you as a deserving customer. A Love's truck stop is only 13 miles away and will, reasonably, let you stay overnight for free. If fact, no where I've stayed has even insisted on me spending my money there to grant permission for an overnight park.

A great store with excellent service. The restroom are really clean and the employees are very inviting. They have a great selection for snacks and fresh food. The store gives me good vibes and I'll stop again at this store in the future.

The store is very clean as well as the restrooms. The truck lounge is a nice area to relax and there are showers as well, which are clean! The food is very good.. Madre's tacos are the best. The employees are very helpful and nice. There is a dog park outside which is nice for pet owners.
