Amazing customer service! Jessica went above and beyond to find a pair of the right size soccer cleats for my son at a regional Hibbett store and was able to get the shoes in by the end of the day! This good old-fashioned customer service is so rare, I am now a customer for life! Shout out to Jessica and Lulu for really caring about delivering fantastic customer service!

I usually have good experiences here but on Saturday the 29th of may i had an horrible experience. While trying to exchange a damage product with in a 15 minute time span of having purchased it . The manager on shift wouldn't do the exchange and even yelled at me in front of other employees and customers. I went to the college station location and they had no problem what so ever doing the exchange.
