Horrible prices, and some of my items were scanned twice. $75 for a bag of stuff worth maybe $30! Worst location I have ever been too. Most of the things are triple the price than ive seen at normal Goodwills. Don’t waste your time honestly. Workers weren’t the friendliest either

I had some people staring at me as I walked through recently. I talked to someone I knew later, and apparently a manager thought I was a drug addict trying to steal something; because I shaved my head recently. I work for Texas A&M; I couldn't be a drug addict, and still be able to get this position.
So she had a few employees follow me. I've been coming here for years, but I don't think I'm ever coming back. Apperently they do this pretty often, if you notice employees staring at you through the store, they probably think you're going to steal something. It definitly makes the experince pretty uncomfortable. I just recommend not even going to this location. The College Station locations are way more friendly, and welcoming.
Apparently they are telling employees that it is their responsibility to stop shoplifters. There is so much wrong with that image.

I went to goodwill today. To return some items I didn’t have a receipt for one of the shirt that I bought And I told them that If they could save it for me while I would go shop and when I came back to the register. I asked that I would like my shirt back because like I mentioned before It wasn’t on the receipt. Her name is Jasmine and she said that I told her that I wanted to donate the shirt. I told her I never said that and instead she gave me a 20% coupon worst customer service ever. And the manager was no help whatsoever. I don’t recommend going to this goodwill.

The bigger of the two goodwills in cstat, has a huge selection of shirts, polos, pants, jeans, suits, shoes, belts, and everything else, the dressing rooms here are also very nice and clean as well as the whole store, it also has two (very nice) bathrooms and a water fountain, which is very nice if you’re there for a long time getting a bunch of stuff, overall the best goodwill I have been to anywhere, I even like the layout better than the brand new goodwill that just opened in San Antonio.

I just left this location to drop off some leftover items from a garage sell I had this morning…the young man who “took in” my items was incredibly rude…he kept asking “ is that it? Is that it?” When I said no, he rolled his eyes and mumbled under his breath. “Why is there so much stuff?” There were a couple of baby items that I try to give to him but he put them back in my car saying we don’t take those. I just couldn’t believe how incredibly rude he was. Y’all should really have a person back there who at least acts more professional when people drop off. It made me feel like I was being a nuisance to him when it’s his job to intake these items.

I found the "find of the decade" this past weekend at this Goodwill location, here in Bryan. Texas! An employee carried a long, rolled area rug out from the back of the store and placed it near me.My partner and I got on it immediately, looking it over, as best as we could, since it was rolled up and priced $27!We could see it was a nice blue-gray color, with a traditional style pattern--perfect for our living room color scheme and theme.I didn't think much about what the condition of the floor covering would be unspooled. However, I wasn't quite expecting the surprise in store for us once we got it home and rolled out flat...here it is...a $1,500 Pottery Barn rug...clean, in perfect condition...purchased for $27!Fabulous find!

Nice new building, but it's too bad they filled it with disgusting, dirty, smelly, and broken items. Trying to sell used Dollar Tree products for triple the price...come on! I had high hopes but I felt like I needed a full-body decontamination after sifting through the items there.
