I will never come back again !! They treat their customers very poorly. I got treated like I was a burden to them just because I was gifted 50$ to use there. The guy who did my nails was very rough and seemed like he wasn’t interested in doing my nails. After I got done he wanted me to pay 5$ extra and the lady at front desk was giving me ugly looks back to back when I was having a little trouble processing my payment. I was also the last one out the shop and I felt very uncomfortable and felt like I was being judged.

Do not go to this nail salon. I've been there twice the first time a man named Vincent. Did my full set. They were terrible. They were thick lumpy and looked like popsicle sticks. I went to Jenny to correct my nails. And she Drilled into my nail bed resulting in an ulcer in my nail bed. They refused to refund my money so beware!!

I felt like I was a burden. My appointment was at 3:30, didn't get seen till 4. I was planning on going back to work since all I needed was a refill. That didn't happen, my time is worth something, They had no regard for my time.

My first time getting acrylics done at this place won’t do them again. The gentleman that did it sure was in a hurry and did a horrible job. Pedicures they are amazing !

I've been going there about six months w my grandaughter (17yrs old). This particular date I went in w her but left to go get a smoothie I told her what to get came bk to pay g& instead of 35 it was $65 she told the man exactly what I told her to say she asked him to give her acrylic medium short. She said everytime she told him something he kept doing what he wanted to do usually everyone does right but this one NO after trying to speak w them & them acting like they can't speak or understand english now I know... When u learn better u do better, meaning bc I didn't want to get too out of control in front of my grandchild I moved on & will never go back. U can't take advantage of me and just assume I'll keep coming back & not let that foolishness be known. Also I pride myself on tipping. Hopefully someone is reading this message & will understand the Assignment & support the Consumer.?United we stand ?? when u patronize one the message is to all. Also If the Proprietor is reading this message then understand when someone in your bussiness has done wrong u need to let them know train them better & not let this behaivior continue. Hv a wonderul day
