The worst H-E-B Pharmacy location I have ever had to deal with.Always out of common medications. They don't notify patients ahead of time if the are out, so when you show up, that's when you find out you don't have every prescription you need.When you ask if they can transfer the missing prescription to another area H-E-B that they see has it in stock, they will tell you that YOU can call the other H-E-B yourself... even though they use the same system, and can have it transferred themselves. This has happened on two separate occasions.I been on the phone today for over an hour having to deal with my doctor's office and my new pharmacy because H-E-B incorrectly told my new pharmacy I only had a 1-month prescription, when the doctor prescribed a 3-month supply. So now I have to have the new pharmacy deal with my doctor again on getting me the other two months that should have come in the first place.The only reason I was made aware of all this was because my doctor's office called confused as to why is this H-E-B pharmacy is still submitting prior authorization requests to fill this prescription, when it's been transferred to the new pharmacy by H-E-B.Another time, they told me it was going to be a two-day wait for a medication that is pretty important, when I brought up that they have some serious issues about their system, I got told they found the medication in a storage closet and could fill it in 20 mins. It went from a two-day wait to actually having it because they happened upon it in a closet!How does a pharmacy not know what it has in their possession?!

I love my H-E-B. They're always willing to help me out and if they don't have what I'm looking for they always offer an amazing alternative to complete my shopping cart. Amazing team at Bryan 1.

I have been trying to get in touch with someone for weeks but no answer plus every time I go in to talk to someone they is never in a good mood always good a bad attitude plus fix this if thing is not going get any better I will be changing my service somewhere else

The phones aren't being answered or not ringing in the pharmacy. Haven't been able to get a person for 2 weeks. Ringing for 20 minutes. Love the pharmacy The people are great. Please fix the ringer. 10/29/22.

Till today my main grocery was HEB at 1609 North Texas Ave. in Bryan, TX. On December 30th, I went in and bought lobster claws and snow crab legs. The people I spent New years eve with also bought seafood. We had so much, I froze the claws for another meal. Last night, I decided to take out 3 claws for dinner. They were bad. I still have the receipt so I called up HEB to see if they would replace them. $30. is a lot of money to throw in the trash. Well I was told I should have asked if I could freeze these if I didn't eat them right away. REALLY!!!!!!! So I will now be taking my business to Krogers. Wow, I never expected that from HEB. I usually don't bad mouth anyone on facebook, but this is really bad business.
