“Initial CS email response was great when inquiring about sizing, as they delisted my sidearm due to sizing issues on some of their holsters(I didn't have an issue with fitment). CS email response to lost package was nonexistent. I also called multiple times and waited on hold 1x for 45min to get hung up on. Overall, I like the holster very much. Chose USPS because FedEx is horrible where I live. Unfortunately, it seems USPS in TX isn't all that great. I'd buy again, but please work on your customer communication.”

“Back in 2021 I bought a 9mm after coming in just to go for the range. Instantly loved the place. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.After battling some mental health issues I made the decision to bring the gun back to them and sell it. They paid me more than what the gun shouldve have been bought back for out of pure kindness. But what stuck out the most was they asked me if I was okay and if there was anything they could do for or if there was someone they could call and even asked if they could help. After the transaction was done they shook my hand and commended me for being bold enough to do the right thing. and to let them know if there was anything they could do for me.Hands down best staff anywhere in town. Absolutely incredible and kind people they have working there. Highly highly recommend them if you are looking into buying anytime soon. Will be buying from them again for sure.”

They have quite a few employees working at any given time, but mostly only serious buyers shop here, so when you see someone, they aren't typically just window shopping.”

“They have some of the best prices online and surprisingly don’t seem to use drop shipping. Ordered product Wednesday afternoon, shipped out same day, delivered Friday at noon. The owner, Neal, was available to speak with through the messenger function on their website….he was friendly and gave me a discount code for 10 dollars off!! I couldn’t have had a better experience.
