Ector was very helpful and provided us options that better suit our needs. He was always at hand, while giving us space to look around and make a decision. He guided us through the whole process and explained all financing, warranties, made delivery options.

I went in too buy cocktail table and two end tables they were price one price but store refused to sell for price that was on tags ask for genera manager number he said he gave me the number but could not talk to him I had the worst experience ever with furniture that sale person said went up on price but still had a lower price on ticket very bad business will not ever shop there again

For a family that has bought furniture from so many places throughout the years, and also a family that shops at the "amazing" place in Houston that everyone knows for great furniture and downhome hospitality, we just felt the need to make the hour and a half drive to what these guys have to offer. We bought a huge leather sectional about a year ago and everyone that comes to visit our home just falls in love with it. We had actually been shopping for a sofa for a couple years and just couldn't find the right fit, but found the perfect one here. So, when it came to finding our next 'forever' dining room table, we knew we had to make the drive again and see what they had in store for us. Believe me when I say, we will be back for a bedroom set within the year or so!!

Afton Cooke was our sales rep. Had the best experience ever, with her. No pressure, did not hover over us, but was nearby to answer all our questions. She is an asset to her company. When I come back I hope she's still there, I definetly recomend her and Furnitur Row. Thanks again Afton.

salesman was very knowledgeable and knew just what I wanted not pushy i actually came home and measured to see if my purchased would fit in space, Philip from Bryan Store explained how i could pay without coming 50 miles back to store and thats what i did just wished i didnt have to wait Two weeks to get my item is the only thing negative which he didnt have anything to do with, seems like most stores are that way stores cant hold all items and have a separate storage warehouse probably in Houston.

The sales person was very nice & helpful & patient while we were trying to furnish nearly our whole house but after spending about $6,000 and having our living room furniture delivered to us broken not once but twice they haven’t been very accommodating for their mistakes.. super disappointing being that it’s been hard to find a decent furniture store since moving here. Thought we found a good one but apparently not.
