This bank needs to have some diversity working in their branches! Every associate has to speak Spanish. You don’t need that many Spanish people working there. Unreal! Their service is horrendous!

This is a horrible bank. You have to wait 30 mins plus to talk to someone on the phone, and the tellers never know anything. I don’t know how they are in other areas but I know in bryan college station they suck.

This is the bank I am never coming to again. They are the reason i do not want to bank with them any longer they do not know what they are doing. They are always rude. The two young girls on the weekends horrible customer service. It's so sad to see when you are putting your money into a certain branch for attitudes to fly around every time. Very upsetting

i have never been to a bank that had such great customer service face to face, but absolutely are horrible on the phone. since when can you not get a direct line to a branch to talk someone. I have called 3 times in the last week only to be on hold for an average of 45 minutes just to get transferred to the bank I needed. when I ask for a direct line to the bank they give me a number and once again I go thru the whole stinking process again. I understand having holds on a large deposits. but when the check has cleared my other bank for more then 7 days now and first convenience calls to verify the check clearing and gives them the wrong information so the original bank of the money says no not to clear. so I call bb and t and ask why the check wont clear she said they were trying to clear a second check. so miscommunication all around and I still do not have access to my money. even security from first convenience called me and I verified their questions and I still don't have my money. this is crazy. I should of just left all the money in one bank. but no I wanted to use a bank that was more convenient because it was in my grocery store. d*** me as soon as my money becomes available I m out of first convenience. I had several people tell me not to go there and 2 of the 3 times I have been there people have been closing their accounts SHM I have to make 1 star or it wont let me post but that is the only reason I am marking 1 star

Two employees who were waking around Kroger walked behind my mother and she had stopped to look at something and one of them said “ any day now “ multiple times. There was plenty of room for them to get by. If you’re going to be rude to customers you probably shouldn’t be wearing a shirt with the bank logo on it. Maybe a crash course on customer service is needed..?

Tellers are very unprofessional and they have issue of stereotyping individuals because of appearance. It’s as if certain groups of people should not be able to deposit certain monies!!

I've had nothing but issues with this account. First, they do not allow 3rd party Apps to connect to your account, so I can not connect stuff like Acorns Investment App to make Round Up withdrawals. Second, I can not connect the 1st Convenience App to my IPad, it says device not Recognized, went to this Branch and they could not help me fix this. Every App I have for paying Bills or Investing has auto connect to all major Banks, but of course this Bank is NEVER on the list, sometimes they may allow you to manually put in Routing and Account # if lucky. Next, I had a $1,200 check from selling Coins to a Major Nationwide Coin dealership, they mailed me a Bank of America Check, which is a Big Name Bank, yet 1st Convenience STILL put a hold on the Check and it took me 5 days before I could access MY Money!!! Oh, and the Guy told me “Part†of it would be available immediately, that too was a Lie! Then a collection agency contacted me about a debt, and I wasn't really thinking and gave them my account info to pay the debt while driving to town without really looking into it. Later when I got home I checked my credit reports and seen no record of this debt, so called back and asked them not to take money out and they said no. So I called 1st Convenience and asked for Stop Payment Block and gave them the EXACT amount to block, 3 days later it CAME OUT! So now thanks to them not blocking the payment I've been scammed out of $253.89 And they say they don't even have any record of me putting a block payment!!! I am going to open a account with someone else TODAY, maybe Chase who is in same parking lot. I WILL Close this account as soon as I have confirmed my Direct Deposits are transferred over!

Not a good bank, I am not rich but live good. this bank has a nasty habit of reversing your debit charges. What does that mean? You buy something at the store and it gets subtracted from your account right away, right. With this bank, if the person or corporation does collect in a few days, then they the bank will put those funds back into your accout. So after they do that the store takes there money and bam! you just got hit with an nsf fee. The bank VP told me that that was a starndard practice. I have the emails and the recorded conversation to prove. I have filed with Texas OCC. If you had this bank and these simular issues. Report to OCC and dont let them get away with that.

Horrible... I was told last time that I was in that there was nothing that could be done about auto withdraws from my account causing me to go negative even with overdraft privileges disabled. So I left it at that. Then today I look at my account and there is $68 missing for NSF Charges. When I went in to ask what was going on I was argued with by 2 tellers and laughed at by one of them. I wasn't told the last nine I went in that they were going to make it that auto withdraws were going to be blocked.... They literally told me that they couldn't block them. But somehow.... All of a sudden... They blocked them. But in turn... Leaving me with a rejection fee from the bank of the same amount of $34 each time and whatever late fee I'm left with through my auto withdraws!!!! Noone told me this was going to happen!!!!!!!! I will be changing my bank due to this!!!! This is a terrible bank!!
