This banks sucks I don’t know why and how it’s still open. The customer service sucks and you can’t never get them to answer the phone at this location.

This location is the worst bank ever. I would closed this branch down, the clerks are unprofessional, rude and no work class at all. The branch doesn't open in timely matter. Overall just this branch down!!!

Awful bank. They steal money from your account by telling you the money is available for use and then when you use the debit card, they charge an overdraft fee because the deposit is not actually in your account yet. I guess they don't know what the word available means. I received a credit because I was double charged on my a utility bill. After the money was credited back into my account, I showed an available balance and used my debit card. They since the credit was still pending and I actually had a negative balance, I was charged $102 overdraft fee. They should not say it is available if the money is not available. When I deposit a check, they don't make the money available until the next day. Why didn't they do this with the credit back into my account. The deduct debits as soon as I make them while they are still pending. Is this bank that hard up for money?

Open 7 days a week, also it's in the HEB and you can get money orders there for only 69 cents HEB customer service
