Not only do they take forever to change a minor leak but they ordered the wrong part so that's another week of waiting. Also, an employee of theirs, Scott, forgot to input the information of the vehicle into the system when the vehicle was dropped off. Therefore, service is not the best; not very attentive. Apparently, they don't have “enough†staff to do a simple task.

Went there to buy a used 2017 Dodge Charger. The advertised price was $24,990! Talked to the salesman about this car all day long. After getting off work, i Sat there for 4 hours just for them to tell me that they couldn't get me approved. Today I offer to seek my own financing. But now, they said they made a mistake on the price and they refuse to honor their advertised price and marked the car up to $30,990! I've been to this dealership quite a few times, and every time it's a run around. They can't get me approved unless I put thousands of dollars down, but I can go down the street to any other dealer and get approved with no problem!

I bought a truck on March 31st. Granted, it was a used truck, but the truck was not ready for pickup, It had an issue with a seatbelt. It took 2 weeks for them to fix this issue so that I could pick up the truck that I no longer had any use for. I was moving and needed a truck, but I ended up having to rent a UHaul anyway because the truck was not ready for pick up. Here I am on May 7th, 5 weeks later and I still do not have my tags for my truck. I was told this morning that

I recently had to have service on my 2013 dodge 5.7 hemi. My heater stopped heating. So i took it to Riz for service. And i also made him aware of a ticking noise coming from the motor. Long story short. Riz and his crew found bad damage to the cam/block requiring a new long block. They replaced it extremely fast and fixed the heater to boot. I highly recommend Lithias service department. Riz is personable, professional and a amazing example of what every employer wants in an employee. I will be returning with all my personal and commercial fleet vehicle service needs.
