I would rate lower if I could. I ordered material for a remodel and was told it would be ready in 5 days, when I go to pick up, I’m told a week longer I must wait. I called everyday to find out where the order was, no one knew. After two weeks, I find out the ship date was mistyped by person who ordered my material (not locally). To say I’m furious is an understatement. Take your business to Grainger, Moore supply, or Morrison and save yourself the pain and suffering.

Terrible.. To make it short and sweet we ordered refrigerator, dryer, and washer from Ferguson a month before moving into our first ever home. The day of the scheduled installation we never heard a word from the company. We called them and they told us it would be a month before they could get it to us!!. For the record, the only reason we ever bought from Ferguson was because they guaranteed us that they had all of our items in stock and they would be delivered on time at our house the day of unit closing. To end the story they lost our business!

I purchased a plumbing tool (water main shut off valve) and googled plumbing stores. I did not know the correct name for the tool. I called Ferguson and got very satisfactory answers plus a choice of high quality tools at a reasonable price. All three Ferguson employees with whom I interacted were professional and personable, a first class experience.

From the perspective of a non-professional customer. I found the staff were very helpful and friendly by phone and in person. The transaction was quick and easy. The price was good. I will definitely use them again.

Horrible customer service! I stood in line for three minutes while they chit chatted with other buyers, and when I asked for a double tap valve he said that was not something they kept in stock and asked if it was ordered. When I asked if it was an item that could be ordered he said well and left it at that. I guess my part was not worth his time or his effort to even order! Don't waste your time unless you're a big company ordering lots of expensive items! Yes the item that I was looking for, is on the Ferguson website! Maybe they should It Off!

I have ordered several bathroom and kitchen faucets and accessories from them. They are a lot cheaper than anyone in town for name brand fixtures. And very fast in getting in special orders. Highly recommend them!
