  Terrible terrible terrible delivery company. Every time they are unable to deliver my package. Nationwide, no live person is available to speak to for help. Automated voice is worthless. Automated text is worthless. Terrible service. Never use Fedex. Any other company company surely has to be better than Fedex.

  First package a few days ago. The MOST incompetent driver ever! My front gate is wide open and driver places supposedly somewhere near or by the entrance. Package is nowhere to be found.
