On July 8th First time I entered this pawnshop and I didn't feel like going back I'm very disappointed I made a purchase and at the time of paying according to them their system was stuck and according to them the transaction could no longer be completed I couldn't take the item but if they withdrew 275 dollars from my bank account and today July 16 they still don't return my money but it's okay maybe they need more of my money than me this was in Bryan Texas

I walked in to pay to retrieve my items and was never even acknowledged. When I enter other pawnshops, I am ALWAYS greeted as soon as I open the door. On top of that, I waited at least 30-45 mins before I was spoken to by an employee. When I voiced my frustration, she shoved my money and ID back to me and turned her back to me saying "I'm not doing this" and walked away. I will NEVER go back to that pawnshop as long as I can

I love this place they are so helpful and friendly it's a great business and the employees are even better. They give great prices on items and pay a wonderful payout for items
