Although the staff was nice, when it came to getting my car fixed, they kept telling me the car would be ready the next day and they kept pushing the date back, didn’t provide us with a loaner car, and it was very hard to even reach someone in the office. They’re also closed on Saturdays even though it says they’re open.

I got my Honda in April a few days after I had it the coil pack went bad . I called them and they replaced it with NO PROBLEM . A month later my egr valve went out & as quick as I bought the part they had a mechanic ready to fix my car . & They even gave me a loaner .Excellent quality. Friendly people . Fast service & GREAT CARS . Thank you extreme .

Bad Customer service, They don't know how to fill out paperwork, promised to fix my vehicle and never did, over 3 months and still don't have title because they didn't fill paperwork right, not honest place.

Brought SUV transmission trouble from day one ac went out a week later had to replace front axels told them about it will talk to the manager he call u never heard from him or them until it was time for a payment the guy that done all the work on the truck stop and gave me a card and told me to call a friend of his at CarMax that they use the same finance company that alot of these use carlots use even for second chances finance so I did my wife has a new car and I have the SUV I want with low miles he also he use to work for them u have to b family or friends to get takeing care of no hard feeling to them u live and learn

Purchased my vehicle and within 2 weeks of making my purchase started having issues with the engine. I was told that the warranty covered the engine & transmission only. I went up there in person to report all of the issues I was having and was informed that they didn't have a mechanic and the sales person said well you said your husband was a mechanic. Which told me she was aware of the issues and didn't disclose them. Offered me no assistance. We have now had the truck 2 months and have put over $700.00 in parts into the vehicle and I still can't drive it to work everyday. It sits in my driveway while I carpool with my husband and I'm making monthly payments on it. The finance company wasn't any help either they told me I could trade it in which means the amount that I owe on this vehicle will get added to a new vehicle. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. If you do make sure you test drive it and if they make excuses why you can't test drive it then walk away. I would also have a mechanic check it out before you purchase it.
