Ive been on hold for 15 minutes the first call, then it tells me thecall cannot be transferred and hangs up.ive been on hold this time for 8 minutes and still have not reaches a human. I guess no one actually works at this branch??? smh

Truck was ready at pickup time and performed properly for a long trip pulling a trailer. I was even allowed ti drop it off at a more convenient location.

Thanks Enterprise Rent A Car for picking me up on 06/29/20 when I dropped my car off at City Paint & Body for repairs. You also took me back to pick up my car. I initially reserved a high top cargo van to move a giant garden planter, but it wasn't available. I got a truck with a 6ft bed as an upgrade, without additional charge. Anakawee worked this out with me and was super friendly and professional throughout it all. I am very pleased with the ease of reserving and returning!

Please be advised that I had the worst humiliating experience with enterprise over the past week! Employee Luke is no good and tried to assassinate my character and purposely called my jobs with falsifying information pertaining to my car rental . Obviously my jobs didn’t take his threats likely as I have been employed through the company for years. Even law enforcement advised me to contact his supervisor of the treatment I had received. . Instead of Luke following protocol

They also are intentionally putting weed in the rental cars to accuse people of possessing it and charging them. They need to be locked up!

I went to pick my rental car up after being in a car accident and I arrived a few moments after closing. People were still out cleaning cars, full staff inside sitting on computers. I arrived to pick up my ONLY transportation and knocked on the door. Then two men stared at me for five minutes and looked at each other as in "who's dealing with her" A man with glasses walked up and opened the door in the rudest manner and acted as though I were a robber or ruining his day. He peeked his head out the door and I explained that my attorney told me it would be okay to pick my car up now since he just for off of the phone with them. The man rudely said "can't tot just come back in the morning" and I said "I was just in an accident and won't have a way back here." He could not have cared less. He said "you can just come back in the morning. We are closed." Then I walked back to the car. I hope he has a blessed day. Worst customer service from him.

I just want to say that the Bryan, TX Enterprise Rental on South Texas Avenue is amazing! I encourage everyone to use them when you need to rent a vehicle. From the management there all the way through the rank and file, this operation runs smooth and effective. You will not have a more customer friendly experience. And, I oughta know. I rent from them every week for business travel. I love those guys and gals!

Awesome experience from booking my vehicle to checking back in. My family was so pleased with the vehicle, we had a smooth ride to and from our destination, will definitely use them again!

They were straight forward, quick, and flexible. We got picked up from the repair shop and got a free upgrade to the minivan as they were out of smaller options. The person who serviced us told us that even though pets aren't allowed that it wouldn't be an issue if we did a thorough cleaning job.

I have used Enterprise many times throughout the years. I know the employees are required to offer their insurance as an add on, however when I dealt with one employee, Spencer, he just wouldn't take no for an answer. I told him no, and he continued to harass me about the additional insurance. He kept saying it was his job to explain it to me. I replied asking if it was also his job to harass customers. He rudely replied "well you clearly don't understand and are throwing a hussy." By far the worst customer service experience I've ever received and because of it do not use this location anymore.
