These guys are amazing! It did take longer than expected but that’s because they were continuously trying to get to the bottom of the weird noise my kids car was having. They finally found the issue and had my kids car rolling like new in no time! Great people! Will continue to use and refer!!

I took my car to have the leaks fixed twice. It was never fixed, my car continues to leak. The problem was never fixed. when attempting to take my car the third time he had an attitude and excuses.

I came there to diagnose my Car's A/C that blows hot air. Derrick diagnose the problem right away for me. I replaced the condenser as Derrick told, now my car's a/c is fixed! This place is 10/10. They're honest and are not charging you an arm and a leg money. Derrick has an integrity! Thank u so much Derrick! Will come back again if I need anything else!
P.S: My car is a 2011 ford escape hybrid!

I have a different type of automotive repair facility and this is the place that I usually go to have my cars worked on when I'm too busy. Derek and the guys always give me great service and I don't have to worry about being overcharged or having my vehicle misdiagnosed. I'm really appreciative of all the great work that they do.

They never return your phone call for an estimate on to get work done and had a parklot full of vehicles looked pretty bad to me they were supposed to be highly recommended but they don't want any business

Couldn’t recommend them more. Derek gave phenomenal advice on how I could affordably do what was needed to my vehicle in the limited time I had. He was really flexible with his schedule and kept me updated throughout the project. My vehicle is tough to work on but they couldn’t have handled it better. Duke Auto is a GREAT place to take your car! I took my Honda Civic in for an AC issue, thinking I was low on coolant or that my expansion valve had failed. I actually needed a full AC system replacement. The owner was very understanding and patient while he explained the whole situation and process to me. He even took me back into the shop to properly explain the problem and showed me examples on old parts. He gave me several different options for what would best fit my financial situation, since it was an expensive repair. They worked with my schedule and repaired my car in a very timely manner. We did run into a slight bump, because a part failed immediately after the repair. However, they were extremely accommodating, fixed the mistake very quickly, and at no extra cost. That was all a little over a month ago, and my AC has been working great since then. They are a very trustworthy business and I definitely recommend them!Service: A/C installation & repair
