Bought a phone from here good service I just wanted to get my phones old data transferred to the new and they let me know they couldn’t but later I asked a friend that previously worked there and she let me know they do, do that.

Never have i been to a cricket store where the retailer was so rude. They definitely weren’t welcoming or helpful. Seemed we were a bother to them that we even went into the store. We asked questions about upgrades on the phones along with the method of payments if we could do payments or something. she acted as though she didn’t know what we were asking. She wasn’t even trying to show us what phone was what. Very disappointed in the customer service. Hope they do better for the next customer.

Horrible service went here to see why my sim card was not working all they did was act stupid and didn't check another sim card came to the college station and Delia helped me with that issue please don't go there they are rude and don't know nothing COLLEGE STATION LOCATION FOR SURE

Went there Tuesday August 18th around 5pm. The girls at this location were extremely unhelpful. I was able to get more help over the phone at the College Station location. If you don't want to help customers, please stay home and give your shift to people who want to work. Will never use this location again! All I needed to do was use my old sim card, I received a faulty sim from an online cricket purchase. Please go to the College Station location near Harvey and Texas.
