The entire buying experience was one of the best I've had. Both Jake and Oscar were calm and professional and made it easy. I had a recent buying experience at another CJD dealership that was the exact opposite to the point I almost went with a different make of SUV. I am glad I decided to stop in at Lithia and got Jake as my salesman.

BEWARE REMOTE PURCHASE I purchased a vehicle remotely from Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. The buying process was fairly easy, but the dealership was not transparent with the condition of the vehicle. I had requested a detailed view of any existing damage on the vehicle and I was sent a photo of one scratch on the passenger side door but told that everything else was in great condition. However, when the vehicle arrived, there were multiple dents and scratches on the passenger door, multiple dings on the bumper and inside trunk panel, and a huge scratch on the towing cover plate. My glove box had been incorrectly reinstalled after replacing the filter and fell completely out onto the floorboard when I opened IT to get the manual. I was able to get the glove box installed properly, but when I followed up with the dealership regarding the unexpected damage I was essentially ghosted.

I am very disappointed with this service department at litha jeep dodge. My 2020 jeep has been in their shop for over a month now and still there. I called every day after the allotted time of 2 days that I was told we should hear from them just for a diagnostic. Day after day I was told that the person that is my service advisor would call me back. For a week I heard nothing about my jeep. When the service advisor did call me back she stated that they are just waiting on parts that I NEVER approved to be changed. Then she stated that it was going to be covered for warranty work. I do understand about the uaw strike happen during this time. But during the conversation with the service advisor she stated that they were getting the parts from another dealership. That obviously didn't happen and was not told anything about the change. we also asked for a loaner vehicle and was told that we are on some kind of list. Then my wife ask again and was told that they don't have anymore. I had to take off the entire time from work because we are only working with one vehicle. And as a disabled veteran i have lots of appointments that i also had to miss. My wife being a teacher it is more important for her to go to work. I have lost lots of money thanks to this and missed appointments that takes months to get.AFTER THIS I WILL NOT TAKE ANY OF MY JEEPS TO BE LOOKED AT AGAIN THERE. ALSO ON TOP OF THIS I WILL NO LONGER GIVE THIS PLACE ANY OF MY BUSINESS THAT INCLUDES BUY ANY MORE VEHICLES EITHER. I WILL ALSO RELAY ALL OF THIS TO THE JEEP COMMUNITY AND SEE HOW MANY OF THEM COME AFTER THAT. FROM THIS POINT FORWARD I GO WAY THE HELL OUT OF MY WAY TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE LIKE AUSTIN, HOUSTON, AND EVEN FURTHER.Update if you try to email the owner like they want you still won't hear from them.

My husband and I went to Lithia Wednesday on our lunch to see about trading in a vehicle. We filled out an app for them to run everything, and left because our rep said he would be in touch. We texted our rep Anthony for an update on Wednesday afternoon, and have yet to get a response and here it is Saturday. Very unprofessional! We ended up buying a new car at a different dealership.

Was told Tuesday morning they can't do oil changes without appointments. So I made an appointment for today and show up 10 minutes early. Was told oh your waiting with it? We are an hour and a half or more backed up for oil changes. Like how is that even possible at 9 in the morning when i was told the other day they cant do walk ins. Why make appointments to tell people that. The service department is way to small for the volume they do here. Once I use all my 4 pack of oil changes I won't step foot in this place again.

We have a oil change contract with lithia that we got when we purchased our car in California so it transferred to this litha when we moved here... We absolutely hate bringing our car here...They have to be the slowest place on earth to get service done and they dont even bother to top off or check any other fluids. We have waited up to 3 hours for a oil change in the morning so we decided to try the afternoon time which is faster because they would like to go home however they don't even come get you when your car is done you have to go ask them... like that is convent when your waiting with kids.. If we hadn't paid for this oil change contract when we bought the car we would never get our oil changed here!

It was an awesome experience bought or fist truck from this place, Devyn Galvan was very professional and helpful, he worked with us and was very informative. He helped make it possible to get that beautiful truck and we are very appreciative overall it was a very good experience and Devyn will have our business from now on?

Best service I've had since I bought my car back in 2015!BROOKE went out of her way to make everything as smooth and pleasant as it can be. She is very patient, knowledgeable, hard working and such a multitask person that I've become to admire and appreciate all she did. Daniel is the service area was wonderful! He got me in and out as soon as possible! He was super friendly and has great customer service skills. Lithia employees have always treated me so well for the past 3+ years that I have been with them!

Sales Team is fantastic but God forbid you need any service done. The service team isn't worth a pot to piss in. Service advisors never call you back or keep you informed of what's going on with your vehicle. The service manager can't return a phone call and is never available until you have to speak to someone higher up in management.

Service took about 1 1/2 hours; which is about average . I noticed oil life not reset, and oil change sticker in windshield not updated; which prompted further inspection.The tech spilled oil on engine cover, he did wipe /clean up the oil when I notified his supervisor. When I got home I checked lug nuts as tires had been rotated during service.Wheel Lugs were not torqued to proper spec, a few were hand tight, I contacted service advisor, and advised him to check the other techs vehicles he had worked on.EDIT 7/24/23Service was unusually Quick this Am in and Out in about 45 Minutes.

Service advisor was amazing as a walk in with no appointment explained to me the recommendations for coming up Service on mileage for my truck.I'd give a 5 star but in previous visits their was a few concerns when my truck was ready i was left oily in various places as well as stripped studs. I spoke with service management and issue was taken care instantly other than that its always a great experience with service personnel.

I bought a 2020 Laramie Longhorn new. Everything was fine until I-traded it in and received a letter from Chrysler Capital and an insurance company saying I had a $1,245.54 refund coming and had to get it from the dealer that I bought it from. I have sent an email every day and a call everyday and no response. First call I talked to Sonny Easley in finance. He said he didn’t know how to take care of it, “I will call back in a little while”. He now is in a meeting, has a day off or busy. No one else will respond. Everyone is busy including myself. A simple response is all that’s needed. Don’t waste your time

Amazingly Fast! They were Albee to replace my rear view camera and check my vehicle’s fluid level before our trip! The whole process took 1 hour!The service coordinator was very efficient. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to get the service ticket started. He was able to quickly tell me that there was one backup camera in stock. He was able to get a technician to check out the problem and to get it fixed promptly. The technician was very professional and proficient. He was able to diagnose the problem, run a check to find the faulty part and the install the part immediately. He also did a fluids check on the car to ensure that it was ready for our trip. He was able to get this done in 1 hours time! I am impressed with the quality, attention to details, efficiency and courtesy of the staff.Thank you
