So far initial problem seems to be taken care. And they did discover a separate issue and it seems to be handled as well. Only complaint is I called a total of 8 times four on Friday 09/06/24 and four on Monday 09/09/24. Finally heard back on Friday around 4pm. Then on Monday never heard back at all finally drove to dealership to enquirer about my truck. Turns out it was ready. Dustin seemed to be overwhelmed with no help! I believe he was doing his best, just had NO HELP!

I went to this place last weekend and it was a disappointment. The employees who served me were very bad. I spoke with one of them named Felipe. He was the worst. He was rude and arrogant. I got there at 7:15 they didn’t open until 7:30. I was the second person there. They jumped another person in front of me and I still didn’t get out of there until after 10:30 just for an oil change

I made an appointment on a Monday for 11:30am and was told the appointments really didn't mean anything and it would be at least 2.5 hours. I was promised it would be "only" 90 minutes if I came at 7:30am. It took two hours when I returned on Friday of the same week (and I was first in line for their "express" oil change). I've never seen such terrible customer service in my life. Makes me never want to buy from the dealership again (and I've purchased four vehicles there).

Pleasantly surprised. They had a hard to find car I wanted, in stock. Sales rep is young, but mature, far beyond his years. A great shopping experience. I believe they are honest, and made a fair offer for my trade. Did I say the deal was completed by phone? I’m a hundred miles away. They even offered to deliver the car to my home, which I accepted. Can’t tell you how pleased I am with the entire process. Don’t believe everything you hear about car salesmen. Lithia of Bryan-College Station is the real deal.

My dad purchased my car from Lithia in 2018 and I’ve always had good experiences in the service department BUT my most recent experience was not just good , it was GREAT!!!!! Dustin was absolutely amazing whether it was helping me with the financing, explaining the service needs to me in detail, being very patient with me despite my very little knowledge about anything vehicle related, keeping me updated with the timeline and everything in between. I have always been super stressed when it comes to things like this and he made the usually bumpy process as smooth as possible with his expert level of customer service skills! I also had a Lithia shuttle sent over to pick me up when my car was done being serviced, I believe my drivers name was Jenny, and she was also absolutely amazing , we had great conversations on the drive over, she also had amazing customer service and overall she was just super nice and kind! The customer service on ALL fronts was nothing but a 10/10! Thank you Lithia Service Center!!
(Also wanted to add that Riz helped me when I first stopped by and my coolant was all sorts of messed up, he came out and took a look at my car despite the fact that they were crazy busy and to help hold me over he refilled the coolant so I wouldn’t have to worry about my car overheating on the way home , once again the customer service from everyone is just amazing)

Arguably one of the worst dealerships I have dealt with. I made the mistake of purchasing a lifetime oil change service when I purchased a new pickup out of town. The service was to be honored at any Lithia dealership. They had no problem honoring the service contract. However, the service advisors are rude and condescending. Treat women like second class citizens. Approximately four months ago I made an appointment for an oil change at 7:30am. I arrived by 7:15 am and checked in. I then waited until almost 11:00 am for an oil change. The service advisor proceeded to tell me that they no longer work on appointments. Fast forward to the next needed oil change. Arrived to get an oil change and the advisors proceeded to berate my wife over the fact that we did not have an appointment. But an appointment would not actually guarantee anything. We would need to wait 4+ hours for an oil change.
