Go to this clinic. I mean it whole heartedly. I leave every time feeling like I've actually been heard. These people CARE!! Dr. Walker is so amazing. Yesterday, my Aussie had inflamed eyes from swimming in the pool and she was showing pain in her shoulder from overworking herself. I was dismissed by another vet and needed answers. I quickly made an appointment with Bryan Animal Clinic. Bryan AC charges $115+ for about 3 views depending and can take less views if needed to make the cost not as expensive (this price is competitive but affordable compared to general area). Not only did I get testing done on my dog's eye to see if it was infected, I got eye drops and an anti inflammatory medication for her shoulder, and x-rays for $240.00. I felt like I wasn't being taken advantage of. I could afford what my dog needed and I was so relieved. This staff genuinely wants the best for your dog or cat. At Bryan Animal Clinic the front desk staff are sooo sweet (Especially Melinda, what a doll!)- they care about you and your dogs genuinely and it shows in how they speak to you. The vet techs ask you questions and are literally the most compassionate people I have met. They're understanding and want to help. All the vets here go above and beyond. I've never in my life felt so taken care of in this clinic. Please, please, go to them!! All of the vets are so amazing. This establishment puts PASSION into their work, something that is rare in the veterinary world as of late. Thank you so much to your team members for caring and listening. You have no idea how much it meant to me! I was crying with relief. For someone to look me in my eye and listen to my concerns- I am so grateful. Penelope is not in pain, is resting, and her eye looks sooo much better. Love you guys!!! Thank you for caring.

Have used this bet for many years. They are so good. In more recent years they have become a lot more expensive and offer more but may price themselves out with the economy

a couple of the ladies were nice, but the rest of the staff just treated me and my partner as if we were idiots. i took my cat in because i wasn't sure if she ate something she wasn't supposed to- so i thought to be on the safe side have her checked out. well two staff members come out and tell me they don't think she ate anything at all, but they're waiting on the vet. well the vet comes in and talks to us and i asked if she ate. and this woman just looked at me like i was so stupid, in a rude tone "why did you bring her if she didn't eat it" and i told her what her techs told me, and she said she's not sure because they didn't do bloodwork- that they just took vitals. i feel it just shows lack of communication because i'm being treated like im stupid because yall can't communicate. then she tells me ill have to pay 500-700 upfront in order for them to do the bloodwork. well i pay 550 they do the bloodwork and say that she's all in the clear, but if we want she could stay overnight. i said it was fine we'd take her home because at that point i was so done with those people. well anyways my final bill/receipt comes it shows it's only 220- well i never got my money back from the 550 i put down. they said it would be returned- but it never was. so not only was i berated for just wanting to make sure my cat didn't accidentally eat something poisoned, i also lost over 300. my usual vet is out in kurten. but this felt like it was an emergency, so i cut my losses and went to them because they were close but i know now never to make that mistake again! kurten veterinary clinic is not only nicer and friendly, but it's a whole heck of a lot cheaper too! 0/10 not to mention i had asked to go back with my cat and they didn't let me. when they gave me my cat back it was obvious they had either put her under or gave him something and didn't tell me. his but was oozing something and i know to check animals sometimes you got to go that way, but it was OOZING even hours after we got back home.

I brought in my dog Sam the other day and was very nervous and scared for him as my financial situation has not been very great lately. Everyone I interacted with, and I mean everyone, was so incredibly kind and helpful. It doesn't surprise me as people who choose to go into this field have a heart for animals, but Bryan Animal Clinic has a heart for people and Animals. The staff was so incredibly helpful and knowledgable, answering all of my questions to a degree of precision that I didn't expect. The owner was very understanding of my situation, and was able to work with me. I am so grateful to everyone who helped get Sam healthy, as he is much happier now that he knows I am not as stressed. I highly recommend Bryan Animal Clinic to anyone and everyone as the staff are sweet and professional and the veterinarian/owner was incredibly kind, funny, and knowledgeable. Will be bringing Sam back, hopefully not anytime soon though!!!

I am thrilled with the exceptional care my dog Rowdy received at Bryan Animal Clinic! The dental procedure performed was top-notch, and the staff demonstrated genuine compassion. Rowdy's oral health has vastly improved, thanks to their expertise. I highly recommend Bryan Animal Clinic for their professionalism and dedication to pet well-being.Irma Tijerina

Very disappointed! We live on social security & our baby has allergies, actually both of our kids need medications. We absolutely cannot afford medications provided by Dr Walker. We found an allergy medication on Chewy for 2.90 for 10m 60 count vs 86.00 for 14 count free m Bryan Animal Clinic. We asked for a prescription referral from BAC & they said no because they don't make any money that way. So Bailey & Harley has to live scratching and itching because of the unflexibility of a veterinarian we have had for over a decade. Very upsetting

They saved my parvo puppy and they were willing to work with us financially to get it done. It's about the animals first!

I would not go to them again. We lost our dog, Moo, to a horrible accident. We took her to BAC to get cremated. At the counter, we’re waiting for them to come out to our car and take our girl, and the lady at the register decides to tell us about a dog she saw that same morning crossing the highway, and how she “hoped it didn’t get it”, describing the color of the dog. Our hearts broke all over, because it was a description that sounded like our girl, in the same place we ended up finding her just a few hours later. We said nothing and knew she was likely just not sure what to say, and it wasn’t meant to make it worse. Fast forward, they are being so kind and removing her from our car to take her inside. Extremely nice and empathetic. I asked twice prior to leaving about getting a paw print and hair trimming. The vet assured me they would do that for us. We paid almost )300 for the service, and left. A couple of weeks later, we get our urn for our girl. No footprint or hair inside. I call to ask about it and am told they would look into it and would ‘call right back’. They closed for the night, and I had not been called back, so we went to dinner with our family. They called back over an hour and half after closing, but since we weren’t watching for their call anymore, we missed it. They left no voicemail. Fast forward, a few days later, I called again. There was no answer, so I left a detailed voicemail telling them of my experience so far, what we were promised, and how we just want answers. I left my number, name, and pet name. No one EVER called back. I work out of town and have a hard time getting in in person, which is why I’ve tried so hard to get answers via phone. At this point, they have made an already horrible time even more traumatic for my family. If you messed up and didn’t do what you said you would, own up to it. We can never get a paw print and hair trimming now if it wasn’t done as promised, which it obviously wasn’t, but ignoring the owner who just lost their fur baby on TOP of being negligent in service care is absolutely insane and inexcusable. Would not recommend taking your pets there for end of life care.

Fine until you are in an emergency situation and they won’t even return your phone calls. We were well established customers too. OTHER vets around town were more helpful and got us in when our own vet couldn’t be bothered.

Our cat was ran over in our driveway a few weeks ago and TAMU provided his care (surgery, aftercare). There was a complication on a Saturday and TAMU said to bring him in ($$) or find someone open. Bryan Animal Clinic did not hesitate to help us! We aren’t even patients of theirs but they said get here as soon as you can! Thank you!

turning away an emergency while the clinic is OPEN is insane. Couldn’t even tell me what other clinics i could possibly take my cat to. I will never ever bring an animal in here again. A neutered male with a potential urinary blockage and all i get is “well we can’t see him, no i don’t know where else you can go”???? WILD
