Just had a wonderful and quick experience with our first atlas purchase! I normally hate car shopping but Angie and Eli made it fast and painless!! Definitely getting our next car at Douglas VW!!

Communication was good at first. Was told the car would be ready on Tues. It wasn't and never heard any updates. Had to ask about it. Then told it would be first thing in the morning on Wed. Never heard anything and had to reach out again midday Wed
