Kenneth Frank, our Salesman, was quick to respond to our interest in a vehicle posted on their website. Back and forth conversations resulted in a 3 minute video being sent to me of the vehicle aside from what was already posted on their site. Discussions on trade-in value and OTD price followed. Followup calls ensued. After a collaborative effort, an agreed upon figure was accepted. Arrival at the Dealership found Ken waiting to greet us outside. Minor concerns, upon an in-person inspection, were addressed and resolved on site as we waited for the purchase process to complete. Finally, Ken patiently and thoroughly, explained the technology features offered with our purchase. In closing, from Ken, our Sales Rep, to the Mgr/Co-Owner to our Finance Officer, my wife and I truly enjoyed this car purchasing experience. Kindness and sincerity of all were very much appreciated. Thanks to all.

I absolutely enjoyed every second of finding a new vehicle at Douglass Mazda in College Station. We worked with Peter, who was so kind and genuinely cared about us during the process. No one here puts on the stereotypical “showy car salesman” attitude here; they are just calm, genuine people. I would recommend Peter and this location to absolutely anyone and everyone!

Took my newly licensed 16 year old son to test drive a nice Subaru WRX on the used lot. Even though they knew we were not ready to make a purchase, Nathan and his manager treated us like family. They were generous with their time and gracious in every way. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Go see the Nice Guys at Douglass Mazda.

I've only been to two dealers: this one and a nearby dealer (which will remain anonymous). I called both dealers asking if they had a specific model. Unlike the other dealer who refused to answer over the phone, Douglass Mazda put me on hold and gave me an answer within two minutes. Less than 30 minutes later I was test driving the car that I immediately fell in love with. Little did I know that within a month, I would be driving that same exact car off the lot.
Brady and Travis were wonderful to me in the final phases of my purchase. I wish I could remember every person I talked to along the way that made this happen. You guys rock!
1 month update:
I’m pleased to say that getting warranty claims on small issues has been nothing but a breeze. John and Brandon from service really care about making sure my needs are met. Brandon has been particularly helpful when I got stuck wiring my dashcam. Shoutout to Zack for replacing my blower motor so quickly!

Had a good experience purchasing the vehicle but immediately when I drove it off the lot there was an issue with the Bluetooth speaker. Have been trying to get it fixed since only to be dragged around. Clearly this company does not care at all about their costumers once the car is purchased. Very frustrating and disappointed in the poor service.

Peter was super nice and helpful! We've spent the past two days going around to dealerships looking for a used mid size truck & out of all the sales reps we talked to, Peter stuck out the most. We didn't feel pressured or like he was your typical sleezy salesman bugging you for a hard sale. And he was very informative! Recommend working with him for sure!

I highly recommend Joseph Pulliam from Douglass Mazda for your new car purchase. I was willing to travel almost 2 hours just to pick up the vehicle because Joseph made the car purchase so easy with pricing and negotiations prior to ever stepping foot into the dealership. He was very upfront about what he was able to offer and held true to his word so I didn't potentially waste any time with my travel to that dealership. For the process of purchasing my new vehicle, I actually emailed a total of 5 different Mazda dealerships and Joseph from Bryan was most willing to listen and negotiate. I appreciate the upfront and no nonsense approach.... and that he concentrated on providing attentive customer service. Thanks again Joseph Pulliam for making the car buying experience painless and I'm so positive that I'll love my new Mazda vehicle.
