WORST USED CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! USED CAR BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Dishonest and Unprofessional Sales Team!!! Rated D+ with Better Business Bureau... maybe lowest in town...Only 2 Star on Yelp
We received this lame response from (Owner)..... "In any case, we hope that any issues you encountered can be resolved satisfactorily and that you find a positive outcome. If there’s anything specific you’d like assistance with or if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We’re here to help."
WHAT A LIE THAT IS!!!
UPDATE....They have made NO attempt to make things right.....
SPECIFICALLY......We are asking for a refund of $399 that we were charged for the APEX Windshield Coating that was applied to a damaged windshield that Salesman PROMISED would be fixed (a lie) but ultimately needed to be replaced. Letters be sent to Chase, Wells Fargo, Amarillo National Bank, 700CR/College Station Hy, Trans Union, Equafax, and Experion stating that the Inquiries requested were sent by mistake and those Hard Pulls should be removed from Credit Reports. It's important to keep your Credit Report as clean as possible. I entered this Dealer with 0 blemishes and unknowingly left with 6 instead of the 1 we had setup beforehand. You never know when a disaster might strike and you may need to use it. 12months and NO effort to make things right. How can the issues be resolved satisfactorily if (OWNER) won't respond to the registered letters I sent, the letters sent by the Better Business Bureau or return phone calls? He has our contact information... there has been no attempt by this dealership to resolve our issues.
This would make for a positive outcome and we could finally consider these issues resolved putting this nightmare behind us.
If you do go to this place with your own financing, be sure to get them to sign a paper stating that only your Finance Company is to get an inquiry and no others...
The Salesman showed us a laminated paper stating that APEX GPS Theft tracking at a cost of $1,997 is added to all vehicles. This is a big RIPOFF in my opinion if they are still doing it. It's prepaid by you and is not cancelable if you sell or the vehicle is totaled...your insurance covers theft.

Huge thank you and shoutout to AJ for working with me on getting a new Elantra! Didn't take long at all, and everything was put together exactly like I needed it. Right price, right service, and we even got the right color even though the dealership didn't have it available when I came in for the first time. Once we got the details lined up they got it over the next day with no hassle. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience all around. We had been shopping around for a new car for a few days and were struggling to find the right fit both for a car and a dealership. We had been to a different dealership in town the night before and they didn't seem to have any real interest in selling us a car. When we pulled up to College Station Hyundai though Jared met us with a smile (even though it was almost 100°) and had us test driving cars in no time. Once we knew what we wanted we moved inside and our kids were able to use their play area while we did finance applications. During that time the entire dealership staff made us feel welcomed, even with 3 kids. The receptionist went above and beyond not only with us but with everyone that walked in the door as well. Once it was time to sign papers we went back with the sales manager Murray and closed out our experience on a high note. In the course of a few hours we went from discouraged with our lack of progress to the proud owners of a 2025 vehicle. I cannot recommend College Station Hyundai and our salesman Jared enough.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at College Station Hyundai. I dropped off my car for repairs on June 24th, and after an entire month without any updates, I called to find out that it hadn’t even been diagnosed yet. Weeks later, when I called again to check if the repair would be covered under warranty, I was informed that the warranty claim had not been processed due to an oversight by their warranty specialist.
After waiting three months, my car finally got the warranty approval and the repairs began. To add to the frustration, the loaner car they provided had a defective tire with a bubble in the sidewall, making it unsafe to drive. When I returned the loaner the very next day and asked for a safer vehicle, I later found out that they are now trying to make me pay for the tire on the car they provided. This entire experience has been beyond disappointing, and I’m left questioning the quality of service at this dealership.

I arrived at this Dealership and was greeted with the most respect that you can receive. Edward De la Rosa was my salesman and was ready to listen to my needs. I was never pressured to buy a vehicle but was totally ready to do what he could to answer any questions I had about any car. Dealership was very clean and smelled great those words came from my wife. I would recommend this salesman and Dealership. Also loan officer also answered all questions about my deal. Great job!
