“I was having issues with my account being frozen. I came in close to close on Friday. Cheyanne was so helpful and kind. We weren’t able to resolve my problem that day because the manager had left for the day, but she put me on the top of her things to take care the following Monday. She followed up with me on Monday after she handled my account to let me know everything had been handled.She is the first banker I’ve ever dealt with who actually cared about her client!! I have left a lot banks because the compassion towards me was lacking. I really appreciated Cheyanne’s concern and compassion to my problem. Even though the start up with BB&T was rocky, Cheyanne went above and beyond to make up for the problem. She’s a rockstar!!”

“I don't know what they've done recently but the customer service at this branch has improved significantly. The tellers are very patient and helpful. They even are helpful when you drop in minutes before closing (although I'm sure they're annoyed). For the one star reviews, I recommend giving this branch another shot.”

“This is one of the best PNC locations I've been to, and I've been to many. I used to live in Pittsburgh, where it started, and I remember the pre-PNC days when it was Pittsburgh National Bank.Anyway, I digress. The location was immaculately clean. The staff members I interacted with were both friendly and professional.I went in for a simple task, to break a few $50 bills into smaller change. The teller I dealt with, Makaya (I hope I spelled that right) was a gem. She was polite, friendly, and professional. Though it was only a minor task, she treated me like I was the most important customer of the day. That goes a long way. I'll be sure to remember it, and to tell others to go to this location without hesitation.I'd give it ten stars if I could. It's definitely better than five!”

“I needed paperwork completed by the bank for my sister medical benefits that was due by Feb 20. They told me they needed copy of power of atty paperwork first and then I would need to leave info there with them and I could pic it up at later date. I went home and got necessary paperwork and i was able to speak with Araceli Garcia. She made copy of the poa paperwork and then completed my paperwork right then so I can get info turned in on time. She was so professional and very attentive to my needs! I really appreciate her! Yall are blessed to have her!”
