Benjamin was awesome! I couldn't make it in to the dealership during business hours because of my busy work schedule so he worked with me over the phone and delivered the vehicle to me at midnight! Wonderful customer service and we LOVE our GR86. Thank y'all!

I bought a new 4Runner from Austin, when I received the license plate, I stopped by the this dealership to help me to put on the license plates. Unfortunately, some at the reception who asked me if I bought it from this dealership. Then she replied to me that they have short of staff . When I asked her when to come she, advised me to go to the dealership next to them Chevrolet to help me. When I, asked them to speak to the manager. She asked me to wait. ….. very unprofessional customer service. I was waiting for 30 minutes and no manager showed up until I left the dealership. If this is the front of this service, I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone in this town.Update:Brad sales manager come to me and understand my point of view. He insist to help me to install the license plate and he did for the rear one, but he advised me to visit the service center on Monday to install the front one.I visited the service center on Tuesday, and Ashley helped me to put the license plate. Ashley was very professional and the team at parts and service center was very friendly and helpful. It seems to me that my first experience was individual mistake and it doesn’t represent the entire dealership.

My wife and I just purchased a Corolla from Ben Sasser at Bryan College Station and I would do it all over again. Ben was really laid back, answered all the questions I had, was great with my talkative 9 year old, and never pushed us for anything. Ben made the purchase very easy and not overwhelming. My wife and I will be back to purchase another car from them. Thank you Ben for all your help.

Ben Sasser is someone I truly refer everyone to, he helped me get into a 2023 4 Runner SR5 Premium back in September. Thank You to BCS Toyota for being so welcoming and allowing me to take photos and videos to share for all to see here and social media. I am happy with the 4 Runner and love it so much!

After having an awful experience with Toyota in Katy, I connected with BCS Toyota online and worked with Brianna to find a 4Runner TRD Pro. My search started in August. I was back and forth on color but she kept communicating with me as she got information about what was coming to them.. after 2024 colors were released, I decided on the underground color and it was ready right at the start of the new year. It was a painless experience; they were honest and upfront on new vehicle pricing/terms and took care of me for the trade in. I appreciate all they did and it was more than worth the hour drive to College Station to be treated respectfully!

There are a lot of great/friendly folks at this dealer, but Cliff is amazing. He took great care of us, answered all of our questions, and helped us to find the vehicle that met all of our needs. He was professional, fun, and a great person to work with when buying our car. Cheyenne in the finance department was also great and took good care of us. Thanks again team for a good buying experience!

I guess because they are such a high volume dealer they don't mind losing a few customers as they did today. I went in this morning planning on buying a used car they had on their website. I waited 20+ minutes as they finished a meeting (2 hours after opening...why not do that at opening?). When the sales people left from the meeting multiple ones walked past me without even looking over. Several of them sat around talking to each other as I sat there waiting, looking around for help. A couple came in after me, and then someone came over and helped them, and as I asked that person if they would send someone else over to help me they just walked away. Once I was finally helped the sales person was nice enough and I told her about the 2 vehicles I was wanting to compare. She went to go get the keys, and 20+ minutes later she comes back just to inform me they didn't have either of those cars on the lot. One had been sold and the other wasn't there yet or something like that. Then she tried to tell me about a similar car that they expected to be getting in soon (but was already on the website). So upwards of an hour wasted because I could not get help and then they didn't have either of the cars listed on their site. So after that very disappointing visit, I went down the road a bit and gave my business to College Station Nissan, and came home with a beautiful low mileage car for my son.

Great experience for my son in college. Was having a major issue at another dealership. Heard good things about this dealership. Sent him there. Problems solved. What was taking HOURS to look into was resolved in Minutes at BCS Toyota!

For the past few days I have had the pleasure of working with Matt Ramirez in sales. After I sent my inquiry on the website, he reached out within minutes. I knew from after our first conversation exchange that he was someone who would listen to our wants/needs. He was very personable, not your typical salesman at all. It wasn’t just business, you can tell that he’s in it for the rapport and building a relationship with people. We had looked all over Texas for a very specific tundra, and he had one, so we had planned to drive 9 hours to pick it up. He worked very hard within a matter of hours with getting numbers, and ironing out a few kinks. At the end we didn’t end up purchasing with him, but that had nothing to do with Matt, nor the dealership. In the future if circumstances change, I will definitely suggest Matt and this dealership and keep him in mind for future Toyota purchases. GIVE MATT A RAISE! HE DESERVES IT!!!

I had a good buying experience with Bryan College Station Toyota. I found truck online with better prices than Houston. I was able to arrange test drive via text. My salesman Aaron was great he went above & beyond to help me get my truck after hours since I lived 2hrs away. My only complaint is as soon as I got out of my vehicle headed to door I was immediately ran up on by a sales lady.

PLEASE READ MY REVIEW TO STAY SAFE (literally)TLDR; This dealership service center will try to sell you services you do not need and, if you do not get their recommendation, will tamper with that part of your car to make it seem like their diagnosis was right so you'll come crawling back later to ask for repairs. Do NOT let them touch your car for any reason. They purposefully ruined my tires and I barely had control of my car driving to work. Finally, if you already purchased new tires from them CHECK THE DOT NUMBERS to make sure they did not put old tires on your car! If you were scammed by this dealership, PLEASE FILE A CONSUMER COMPLAINT WITH THE TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, AND FTC like I did. If they get enough complaints they will investigate. Here's my story:I purchased my used car (2017 Toyota Corolla) on 2/13/2018 in Houston. On 10/05/2018, I brought my car into the BCS Toyota dealership and got 4 new tires. At the time, the mileage was 43,268.Last Tuesday, 10/17/23, I brought my car into BCS Toyota for an oil change and decided to get a preventative balance and rotation since it had been a while. I also got new filters and the pipe cleaned at their suggestion. According to the inspection report, I have tire treads marked as "Greater than 6 mm," and I was told by Russell Karli, the service agent, even while still in my car, before the inspection and servicing, that the treads looked good, there's no uneven tire wear, that I took good care of the tires, but that the DOT number on the front left showed that it was from 2016 and that even with minimal usage you would recommend getting anything older than 5 years changed out for new tires. I declined as the tires seemed fine, and I was only there for the rotation and balance. He also noted that the battery was bad.The moment I drove off the lot after the oil and filters change, rotation, and balance, I noticed the steering wheel was shaking and moving much more than usual, and the car did not drive well, but I reassured myself that this was possibly because I just got it balanced. Thankfully, I only live a few miles away and wouldn't need to go to my work in Houston until Friday. Saturday, 10/20/23, I drove to Houston in the morning, and the car still felt off, but once I entered the freeway and got to about 50 mph, I knew something was very wrong--the car began shaking intensely, and a strange noise I had never heard before came from the car. At one point, the tire pressure light began blinking, then stayed on for a few minutes, but turned off by itself as soon as I entered HWY 6. The noise and shaking did not stop, however, and I was seriously worried my safety was in jeopardy, but I was already halfway to work. I called the BCS Toyota dealership to see if anything could be done, but had no luck speaking to Russell after a few tries. However, he did receive my email as I heard from him in the afternoon, apologizing and saying to bring my car to any Toyota dealership in Houston to have it looked at, and they would comp the cost of work to rebalance.Saturday, 10/21/23, I took my car to Don McCall Toyota. The diagnosis was that the tires had bubbles in them, and the treads were separating. The tire DOT numbers were also written for me: 40/15, 18/16, 32/17, 20/17 (see photo below). The odometer reading was 75,422. I got new tires and paid for those out of pocket since they would not cover it because I declined the tire change and the problem was not related to balance/rotation.Based on the above:1) Issues were felt immediately from the moment I drove off the lot on Tuesday after being serviced by BCS Toyota. There was no shaking, noises, or issues with steering prior. Their inspection report also stated that my treads are good (see the inspection with green checked) and the reason they said to change the tires was their age, not wear and tear.2) Between the time I got the tires in 2018 until Tuesday, I had driven 32,024 miles and have an excellent driving record. According to Kelly Blue Book, "A properly maintained

Sadly, our experience with Used Sales has been abysmal. My son was purchasing his first vehicle and he selected a used car from BCS Toyota. I assumed that it would be a reputable dealership and felt pretty good about his chance of being given a fair deal. We were assured that the vehicle had undergone a complete 180 point inspection. That is apparently just sales-talk.Immediately after the purchase, withing days, the car would not start at all. I was eventually able to fix it but putting new battery cables and connection on it. In my opinion this is something that any real service inspection would have noticed. That was my first indication that the car condition was not quite what it was billed as.Less than 5 months into purchase, the radiator hose connection completely severed. Not the hose itself, but the actual component that the hose connects to, leading to an almost immediate overheating and seizing of the engine.Of course that isn't covered by insurance because it is considered mechanical failure. Again, something we'd expect to be part of the 180 point inspection that was so touted. We barely had it long enough for its first oil change before components that SHOULD have been checked during the inspection started failing.End result is a kid owing $10K on a car that now needs a completely new engine after only owning it for a few months. If you are going to buy a used car, do NOT assume that the Toyota 180 Point Inspection really means anything. Lipstick on a pig. And if you are local, I would avoid the used lot at BCS Toyota.
