Brandon was amazing. So sweet, helpful and courteous. He even asked us if the refrigerator door was opening to the correct side, which we hadn’t even thought about. Also, they have a very clean bathroom with fancy soap. 10/10, I’d recommend.

We've bought everything from washers to dryers to ovens here, and have never had anything but prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful guidance. We've never felt pressured, they take the time to listen to what we need. We've bought plenty of new washers and dryers from big box stores, complete with extended warranties, only to discover several weeks before it arrives, then if it breaks down, out where we live that means an appointment 2 weeks out then 2 weeks of waiting for the part to arrive then a couple more weeks before they can come out and fix it. With a houseful of kids who has time for that? With Appliance Outfitters we know we can pick up a washer and keep going without hassle. And they flat out care about you as a person, not a receipt number like at the big chains.

We were shopping for a washer and dryer if a Not-For-Profit Animal Reacue. And we’re really needing to replace old equipment. Mario hep us select models that suited our needs. He had gotten in a load and asked us to wait until the next morning so he could insure the equipment was operable. He then agreed on a fair price for both of us and understood the tax exempt documents we submitted. We are very happy with both machines and will certainly return as we need to add additional appliances.

Mario and crew were great. I showed up just before closing time (hated to be that guy but I was in need of a dryer) and they took their time and helped me find what I needed. Made me a great deal too! Super nice folks that I would definitely do business with again.
