The location is great, the prices are wallet friendly, the staff is not only friendly and informative, but they are real salt of the earth genuine people. The store located in the main building is a hidden gem. Equine tack at awesome pieces (new), a hair bow selection that will crown any lil Texas princess, old metal signs, antiques of all kinds. As well as their embroidery business. But i saved the best for last. That is honestly knowing that my belongings are secure and safe at A&B Self Storage.

I am very disappointed with this company. I have consistently done business with them for over 10 years. Matt the manager was always so nice and helpful. He went out of his way to treat me right. Now I am not allowed to talk to him. The person who works in the office will not abide by the manager Matt's stated promises to me and is auctioning off both my units. This person can't give me an exact amount i owe. It changes everytime i talk to him. He sent me a 12 page PDF of my accounts that no one could ubderstand. And i am an accountant. Sad, devastating situation for this 67 year old widow.

pLACE IS RELATIVELY CLEAN EXCEPT FOR STANDING WATER MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO GET TO ONE OF OUR 3 STORAGE LOCKERS WHEN IT RAINS. tHEY HAVE CONSISTENTLY HIRED IDIOTS FOR BOOKKEEPERS THAT DO NOT CHECK THE PAYMENT DROP BOX FOR PAYMENTS, SO I AM CONSISTENTLY SENT LATE NOTICES, BILLED LATE FEES, AND LOCKED OUT BECAUSE THE MORON DIDN'T CHECK THE PAYMENT BOX!!!
