My first time using the Eddy Post Office. Not a very good experience. The girl was not pleasant at all and very rude when i asked a basic question. I always use the Belton Post Office location because I work in Belton and they are always very nice and helpful.. I live in Eddy but I will continue to use Belton.

Mailed a priority package to miami Florida at 10:34 am on May 21st 2019 showed delivery May 23, by 8 pm now its in Nevada with delivery of March 25. (Employee)A Elderly lady informed me priority is not guaranteed and she was acting as if it's not postal service problem. So to get more money in future she advises express shipping in if I want guranteed shipping. What good is priority shipping and why so expensive if no guarantee? I should have known better when I seen the janky reciept and was handed a peel and stick tracking label. They need to upgrade system in this office to 2019 are close its ridiculous.

Have used this US Post Office for years and have been SPOILED by the always friendly, efficient, and professional attention and services. This is what all post offices should be like. It may be a small post office location but it lacks nothing in providing mail services to all customers.
