BEWARE!! Truck was having issues. Paid them to tow it and they said it would be ready by Thursday but they needed money up front for anything over 500 dollars. I paid the entire bill and they took an extra week getting the work done. I wish I could say that was the issue, after picking it up a week later the check engine light came on 50 miles outside of their shop. I was told to take it to autozone and get them to read the codes. My truck broke down 67 miles later with the same issue. They came and picked it up, sat on it for 9 days and said it was gonna cost well over two thousand dollars to fix. When I told them I would come get it they wanted me to pay again for diagnostic and tow. This company is not a good company in my opinion. Be cautious when trusting then and get another estimate

I am new to the area and needed help fixing my brake wires on my Ford pickup. I called Moore Automotive and spoke with Brandon about my issue, he told me to come in the next day at 8:30 am. When I showed up the next day Brandon and his team started working on my truck right away. Being someone that is completely new to area I was pleased with the customer service I was given and the way the guys cared for my vehicle. I would highly recommend Moore Automotive to anyone who is needing repairs on their vehicle or vehicles. They are honest people and will walk you step by step on what the issue is and how they will troubleshoot to fix that issue. After my experience with them I plan on taking my truck there for all my future repairs!

Brandon is the best mechanic I’ve ever met. When I first moved here him and his team helped me fix my trucks Alternator quick and fast. Twice now my car was giving me issues and instead of charging me he let me know that it was covered from the manufacturer as a recall and I was able to get the issue fixed for free from ford. You can’t ask for better than a hardworking mechanic that is also honest.

I called Brandon to get a quote for some automotive work. He informed me his son was going through cancer and has a very rigorous treatment plan and explained he wouldn’t be able to further assist me. PLEASE PRAY FOR THIS FAMILY — they’re going to need all the help they can get. Even when he was busy trying to help his son, he still took the time to try and help me and recommend other places to go.
