Good selections and variety. Grocery department is Always busy. Many clerks pulling curbside orders with those large carts gets a little annoying having to get around them.

They need to work on their online shopping.
I went to pick up my client's grocery order and not every thing she ordered was in her invoice. This happens alot. We live out of town 25 miles out. I don't know if what is not put in her order is refunded or not. Yet they seriously need to work on it and make sure a receipt is given.
And I agree Walmart has everything she wants and needs. That's why she is a faithful customer and I feel Walmart should be faithful to her also.
Please put more effort into online pickup shopping services.
Thank you.

After the remodel of the Walmart, you have to self-check all your groceries, or wait for one of the two cashiers ringing up folks, in which there is an incredibly long line for, easier to online shop or go elsewhere for a lot of items.

The recent refurbishment is very ugly to me. Yes, the isles are wider, but polished concrete floors are harder on the body, to walk on, to stand on. It may be fashionable but hurts the body in the long run. The "new" system of checking out is just Walmart punishing people who want a bit of customer service. Why is it so expensive to have a "checker" some human swipe my purchases, bag them up, say hello, charge me, then thank me for coming? We have gone from Walmart greeters to self check outs where the "greeter" now checks your receipt. Is Walmart going to be Sam's club? Are we going to need to show ID before being allowed in? I Love my community, same towns people that return purses, help each other out, yet we all have to shop for our groceries. Now we are searching for, ringing up, and bagging our groceries. There were 2 checkers tonight. Lots of employees watching making sure we all bought and paid for our groceries

The people at the self checkout are so lazy!!!! My card didn't work at a register, the same one that was broke last time! Instead of switching to another register he made me wait in the customer service line!!!!!! An walked away when I was still talking to him!!!!!

I can get everything I need in one stop. They redesigned it so I have to learn again where everything is but I like the redesign.

Okay, I'm giving my small, hometown Walmart a 5 start rating. Not because of selection (it's small), but for its service. Specifically how employees choose to help customers. I've been to tons of Walmarts. I appreciate the professionalism of all the Giddings Walmart employees!

I absolutely hate the new Brownwood WalMart floor plan. It looks nice but is not shopper friendly. The aisles are too crowded, and the entrance to the check out area is ridiculous. I went in on the grocery side and all available registers were full but they didn't want me to walk to an avIailable register on the other side, which I could see available ones, but "they coulnd't have two way traffic" in the checkout area. And because they herd you through like cattle in a loading shoot, there was no way to go back out the way I came in. Of course you have to fight the traffic all through the store because of the narrow aisles but I guess that's ok??? It's like a maze in some areas so you have to find your way around to the section you are looking for. I'm now taking the majority of my shopping business to the other stores in town. I don't need the hassle of walmart not to mention the much higher prices, I guess to pay for the wonderful new floor plan.
