Sandy Beach rv park is a great place to visit and the
lake is awesome , bathrooms are clean laiundry room is available
for customers . Shelly is a very sweet lady very friendly good taking care of the park and her customers she will make you feel welcomed great place for kids to ride bikes and play , swim ,all family fun friendly also gated park safety.

Absolutely love it here!!! We have been here since May and have gotten to enjoy watching the lake rise. Management is awesome, they keep it clean, mowed, and all around well taken care of. It’s nice and quiet throughout the week. The weekends may pick up but it’s never to excessive, plus who doesn’t like to watch the fun.

Sandy Beach RV Park is a wonderful place ! The manager Shelly is easy to communicate with, and is always friendly. This is great place to take your family to enjoy the lake . I would recommend this place to anyone.

This is a nice RV park,... a very nice RV park. We stayed for the summer. Staff is pleasant and helpful, especially Shelly the manager. She has gone above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! Park is clean and quiet. All connections work and in very good condition. Gated entrance is private which is nice. Location is at the end of a long access road which makes it more remote and seems very safe and secure. This park is worth the cost and I would stay again.

Great place for camping with lots of room. The kids and dogs loved the space!! Full hookups with lots of space. Beached our boat 30 yards from our camper. The park owners are super nice! There is a small playground and our son loved fishing for the complimentary kayaks.

Great camping with lots of trees. Management was great. She sells ice and will bring it to you. Very helpful in this heat.

I have to say that this park is a lot of fun, it's nice and relaxing.....Shelly is a great person and she makes rounds every couple hours or she will drive around and ask people if everything is ok......Despite that her brother left a review and failed to mention that they are family....so of course he left a review...but really failed to mention all the details.......Anyway. This park is a great place to camp........Come out and see for yourself before you make a decision......Have a great day...

A group of us got to enjoy an adult weekend at Sandy Beach. The rv park was nice and clean, right on the water. The grounds were very clean and grass neatly manicured. Our rv site was shaded on both sides, nice large pull through, site 3 lake view. The park manager, Shelly, came by and made sure everything was working and to introduce herself. She did this several times throughout our stay. It was nice to know she cared and was available at all times. We will definitely be returning. Thanks again Shelly! The McPhersons, Tisdales and Evans group.

Quiet rv park on the water in Brownwood. We had spot 3 waterfront cove lots of space and shade. Clean park well kept and gated!! We were able to park our trailer and 3 vehicles in our spot. All spots have a water view. The new Mgr was so sweet. We got in late Thursday night 930 and didn't have great service (Verizon) and needed to stay in touch with our son and texted her for the wifi late and she texted us right back. She was so welcoming and gave us our privacy while making sure we enjoyed our stay. New favorite spot!!!

An awesome place and awesome management! Shelly the manager on site was very attentive to our needs and questions and took she time to drive around occasionally during our stay to make sure we were having a great time. The park is very clean with new improvements to make the stay more enjoyable. The fishing experience was also a great score with numerous catches. This was our second time there in 2 yrs and we will definitely revisit in the near future.

We are in the area to visit friends had booked to stay at another campground. Unfortunately the place we booked could not accommodate our rigs. We called Sandy Beach at the last minute for a place to stay. They were extremely gracious and provided great level sites for us on short notice! If you are ever in the area it is a fantastic place to stay.
