“I can't say enough about the people at this store. When I decided to take care of my wife at home, I had no idea what to do or who to deal with. I chose them at random from a few names provided by her insurance provider to handle what was needed to transition her from nursing home to home.There were difficulties and delays because of the doctors and insurance providers but the staff stuck with me every step of the way and kept me informed about everything and even helped me address the issues and get what I needed. They are more than a staff working for a business ( I think many businesses would benefit from this branch office) they became friends and are truly concerned about the people who they work with, and have an important part of my wife's healthcare. I wouldn't think of ever going anywhere else. Honestly if her provider chose not to use them anymore I would be happy to find another PROVIDER that used Choice Medical Supply.”
