Why would I recommend these apartments in Brownwood, Texas, when I don't live within 200 miles of there and don't ever plan on moving there plus the fact that I live in a beautiful, fully paid for, house that I love?? FACEBOOK really screwed up giving this ad/page to me! You might want to talk to FACEBOOK about adjusting the target audience for your ads as they sure missed the mark on this by giving your ad to me; seems like a waste of your advertising money to give your ad to me!

I would like to take this time to say that I have never had such an amazing tenant in an apartment facility before. Tina is absolutely fantastic! She is tentative anytime I need something, she is always polite and sweet beyond belief, she always does right by me as the tenant and I’ve had no problems since moving in that she couldn’t remedy almost immediately every time. She definitely makes this place a stress free environment.

The manager Nicole and her staff were amazing and helped make my move from over 2 hours away easier that I could have hoped for. They walked me through setting up utilities, and went above and beyond with their customer service. Apart from the amazing staff, the unit I was lucky enough to grab last minute, is quiet, spacious, and everyone is respectful and neighborly. Always call even if you see some ads that say "no availability". They get filled up fast so don't wait if your looking for a place!

Stopped by just to have a look, and the (Nicole Hedgpath) property manager gave me and my roommates a very instructive guided tour. She was really friendly, we all ended up staying for over an our just talking after we decide to sign the lease. The 3 bedroom we are going to move into is very nice with everything we could ask for, washer dryer hook up, a back fenced-in back yard, new appliances. And plus its animal friendly. AA ++++
