I have lamented flooring in my house that was purchases from Home Depot and installed thru a Home Depot installer. We had an A/C water leak from a stopped up drain. My brother-in-law purchased flooring from Jones Carpet and raved about the. So needless to say I called them for an estimate. I explained my situation, she promptly told me to come in and pick something out. I explained to her where it was purchased and said I could bring in a piece that I wanted for the floor to match. The lady promptly told me they will only install what is purchased at Jones Carpet.

They did a great job installing carpet in our new house! Even freshly vacuumed it! Installed a little over 1000 sq ft in one day!
