As I’m entering my 5th year of employment with what was once Echo Wireless and now Resound Networks I have to say this is the best company I have ever worked for. They are constantly striving to be better and provide a stable consistent and trouble free experience for the customer. I’m on the tower and infrastructure side of things and the strides we have made in preventive maintenance and response to critical services affecting issues has been extraordinary. My wife made the comment “ You don’t get called out after hours near as much as you used to. That says a lot about the work y’all are doing.” Resound has done an excellent job of staying on top of the newest and greatest technologies while putting the best people in the right places to ensure we can’t be beat on consistent internet services and customer support. For this I’m one grateful customer and employee!!!”
