$700 down on one of the new townhouses. 2 days later advised we were not able to move to brownwood. Rules state they keep the deposit , ethically this is where people will have to explain on judgement day.

The walls are extremely, extremely thin. If you have loud neighbors with young kids then ask to be moved because you will not get any sleep. As others have stated you hear every word! Everything.They move you in quick but the thin walls are not worth losing your peace. I mean these places are not very well put together... read full comment

Very friendly people and a nice quiet place to live. The office staff is awesome. The property has a dog park for taking your dog out for a walk or just enjoying watching the deer.
