Had never done rent to own before. Really happy that we decided to. Very professional, informative, helpful, polite. They go above and beyond to help you figure out exactly what your looking for. Are easy to work with if you are in a pinch. They are all super nice. So after our first purchase was done. And the washer went out. We called, they had exactly what we needed. Thank you all for being just awesome ❣️

Prev did business w/Prior Rental Place there (Awesome Ppl)then Premier took over.. Customer Service is awful. Supervisor never return Calls. Run c/c w/Authorization!Worst decision ever!

Premier Rental Purchase is one of the top tier places in Brownwood,Texas. Delivers are always on time and in perfect condition. Dennis and Garson go above and beyond to assure customers satisfaction. Just in general the staff is always so kind and patient. Outstanding service! Premier Rental is and will always be my first choice.

Premier rental is a great place to rent from and I bought my couches and now buying a washer and dryer from premier. And they also have friendly people and good service.
