Went in to grab a couple of small items, got to the register and there was no one there. Rang the bell three times, still no help. So I just left, I guess DG is making too much money.

DO NOT EXCHANGE YOUR PROPANE HERE! My husband got a propane tank with a faulty valve from here nothing would come out of it and they refused to replace it with one that worked. You could clearly feel it hadn’t been used and was still full. I shouldn’t have to call blue rhino to get it fixed. If you wanted to make sure he got it there you can check your cameras and I could of told you exactly which one we had returned for the faulty one but no they just kept saying I had to call blue rhino. I had planned to grill out with my family and needed one that day causing me to have to buy another exchange. Why do I have to pay twice to a large money hungry company just to get something that works? Never again will I shop here they truly do not care about customers. I still had to wait for 20 minutes just for them to unlock the propane so I could get a different one. Obviously it wasn’t user error if the second one did work!

By far the worst customer service ever... the manager ( blonde lady with glasses ) is rude as hell... no manners and talks to the customers as if it's an inconvenience for her to have to do her job and provide customers with respect....ridiculous really

Went in 10 minutes after they opened to pick up a FedEx pkg. Three clerks huddled together behind the counter discussing Christmas music. When I walked straight up to the counter, all three scattered before I could say anything. The one that didn’t make it out in time (an elderly lady) started punching on the register. I attempted to say “I need to pick up..” and she cut me off saying “just a minute please”. I patiently stood there for several more minutes, she finally asked what I needed. I said to pick up a FedEx pkg. “oh one of the other ladies will have to help you, they’ll be up in a minute”. I’m irritated now, because one of them ran to the back, the other is on a ladder. I said as much, so she went and GOT the one on the ladder. Moral of the story, at least acknowledge the customer and SEE what they need before you all run trying to avoid waiting on them, especially if not all of you can complete all services. The fact that I came in the door and went straight to the counter should have been a CLUE that I needed something other than to just check out, not that it should matter.

Apparently it was a bad time to visit this location. I asked, if they had any patches anywhere though out the store. The first response by an older female, was " I am doing inventory." Another employee nearby obviously overheard me. When I restated the question to him. His response was as if where a bother to ask him. But he's, the one who made the inquiry.He expressed himself with body language as if he doesn't have a clue, what I am talking about. This is extremely rude and selfish attitude directed towards a customer. There was another employee with his legs spread out on the floor, apparently doing inventory as if where a trying endeavor.

That place is horrible. Bad service. Rude workers. Always a mess. Never polite. Try to talk to district manager and never answers call so I recommend not going to that store or any in this district.
