I contacted Davis Flowers for Birthday Flowers for my daughter for her Birthday which was today 3-12-24. I called at the last minute and was very suprised and happy that they could be delivered today after 4 pm as requested. The Flowers were beautiful. I definitely gave a 5 star rating. Thank you very much.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST. I ordered flowers for mom's funeral by phone because the website would not work and I live 5 hours away. The day of the funeral, I get there early to check that my order was delivered. I couldn't find the arrangement I ordered so I immediately called the florist who assured me the order was delivered. The florist then called the funeral director who showed me the arrangement sent with my name on it. Well no wonder I didn't recognize the arrangement because it was not what I ordered! I immediately called the florist back and was simply told, I'm sorry. No offer to refund my money or anything! I'm going to reach out to my credit card company Monday to see if there is anything they can do to help recover my money since I did not receive the item purchased. I ordered the arrangement with the heart shaped greenery (picture on the left) that was supposed to be a beautiful center piece for the table and received a SMALL arrangement (picture on the right) that I did not choose . I was furious the florist did not offer anything other than, I'm sorry. Very POOR customer service! BUYER BEWARE! You will not get what you pay for or the arrangement of your choosing!!

I ordered over the phone and had picked a bouquet out from their website. Upgraded it to the deluxe, it said it would have 6 different flowers including 2 types of roses. The total with delivery was $75.00, the arrangement I believe was $55.00. I saw the arrangement later that day and was shocked and embarrassed. It was a ver sparse arrangement of carnations. I called the next day and after some insistence was offered a $20 refund (my delivery fee?). I never received it. I watched and watched for it on my bank account and it never came. I never called back because it was almost impossible to get the $20 in the first place. Go to Walmart! They have carnations for way less expensive than this shop. Never will order from them again.

I wish I didn't have to leave even one star because they certainly don't deserve it. They overcharge a lot for the flowers. What a rip off! You'd be much better off going to Abilene or another larger city, buy them there, and drive home with the flowers. We bought a $250 stand up sympathy arrangement. It looked nothing like the picture you're supposed to get. Our arrangement from Davis Floral had 3 roses and the rest were carnations and greenery. My father ended up going to a store and buying 24 silk red roses and adding them to the arrangement. I have never been MORE disappointed in any flower arrangement in my life. Don't go, I repeat, DON'T GO to Davis Floral Company unless you don't mind overpaying for what you'll get! A complete RIP-OFF!

I ordered some fresh cut flowers to throw in a local lake preceding my brother's release of ashes after his Celebration of Life. After hearing the costs of different flowers I simply asked for about $50 worth of daisies, sunflowers, etc. with the stems and leaves cut off so that they would float. I was assured that for that amount of money I would receive a plentiful and nice bunch of flowers. My daughter picked the flowers up for me on the morning of the Celebration of Life. She immediately texted me a photo of the pitiful mess that looked as if they had been in a plastic bag filled with water overnight. The stems were so long they had to be re-cut to float and many looked so bad that they had to be thrown away. Perhaps, had the person at the florist been pleasant or if all of the flowers had been fresh, I would not be posting this. The florist only quoted prices of each flower when my daughter questioned her and would not budge on the price or even offer to add more flowers. We ended up buying two bouquets from a grocery store to save the day. These were beautiful and much, much cheaper! Live and learn! I've added a photo of the bag that we received. I will never use this florist again. Very disappointed and this caused more stress in an already difficult situation! Shop elsewhere.

Ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered today. They were delivered bright and early but the disaster my mother recieved was absolutely pathetic. $73 should at least get you a well put together arrangement, not something that looks like you just stuffed the flowers in quickly to send out the door. Will not use this flower shop again.
