UPS tried to deliver my diabetes injections from the VA. I was not home to sign for it, so they left the prescription with this CVS, so it could be safely stored in a refrigerator until I could pick it up. I went the next morning to get it, and the two people in the pharmacy had no record of it. In fact, the pharmacist had to ask the assistant where the refrigerator was. This is only one of many poor experiences I've had here. I wish UPS had taken it ANYWHERE but here. UPS will attempt to deliver it to me on Monday (today is Saturday), but if it has not been refrigerated, it's no good.

I came in at 6:30 Saturday evening to pick up a script, and decided to get my flu shot because it wasn't busy, The girl gave me A flu shot, a pneumonia shot, and a RSV shot, in a place the size of a 50 cent piece, by midnight I was sick, couldn't movie my arm stayed in bed all day Sunday running fever, could not lay on my right side, by 4am I was in the ER, they drew a line around all the Red swollen feverish area, Then thr Dr came in and said infection (cellulitis) started me on antibiotic, and 600mg ibuprofen and told me if the red got past where he had it outlined to come back to the ER. I DO NOT recommend this pharmacy for your flu or any other shot

Have been using this location for about 5 years and I buy all my personal products here from shampoo to toiletries and even bottled water and miscellaneous things.When I entered the store today on 8/29, I noticed a long line and the self-checkout being run by an employee. I though perhaps a customer was having an issue, but this wasn't the case as she helped each and every individual complete their purchases.When it was my turn to check out, I was sort of surprised by the fact that she was reaching over me and tapping things on the screen for me without me needing or wanting help. Keep in mind this is a pharmacy that sells vaccines, and she was unmasked about 2 feet away from my face reaching over me.I came back into the store later and she was still there going through the same process with a man that way clearly annoyed by this. I asked if it was a corporate thing and they said 'yes'.What's up CVS? I don't think I will be back in here. I went to the other location just to see if this was being done there also and it wasn't.

CVS has been out of my medication three months in a row. I'm due to have surgery in the next month and am considerably worried the medication I need at that point won't be in stock. The Pharmacy staff is obviously understaffed at all times. In turn I worry about medication mistakes due to lack of adequate staff. I have changed pharmacies today. I will not be using CVS again.

Store is always stocked with what I need, stores, always clean, the pharmacy technicians. Mandi and Katlynn are very friendly and helpful whenever I need anything. Go back every chance I can.

Worst pharmacy ever.. doesn’t ever have prescriptions ready when they need to be… I can understand the place gets busy but I’ve gone twice in one day for my prescriptions and they were not ready . customer service sucks and the manager is rude.. he interrupted me numerous times as I was trying to explain to him they gave me the wrong medication.

Went to pick up 3 medications after I was discharged related to SARS Cov-2. Got there at 1:31 pm. The woman said we are closed even though the sign clearly said the closed at 2. She then pulled the roll up door down. Cancel I’ll have it resent to Jacobs since they care about customers! I will never use CVS again

Forget this place! I was here for 15 minutes waiting for a vaccination but then they wanted to go to lunch and wouldn't give it to me. They knew I was here for that vaccination but would not get it ready. Then they said we're going to lunch. Never mind I drove 10 miles to get here. There was no one else waiting the entire time. Don't come here!
