Had to go to Brownwood for my brother's dr appointment and took the extra couple miles to go get some chicken at Cousins. Never disappointed, really friendly workers always fresh crispy and delicious. If your looking for good chicken done right and at a convenience store look no further.- 5stars?

Set in drive thru at the window for 20 min and noone came. I went inside and got what I wanted and said my friend is right there in drive thru with money. He moved my stuff said u can go I'm too busy. There was one customer in the store. Was very rude. We left went somewhere else

Very disrespectful people. A friend and I walked in to get a few things. The lady behind the counter started yelling “Hurry up so he can finish mopping.†With a sour look on her face. When another employee was mopping. If customers are a problem, then mop when you close. It took everything in my power to not cause a scene. Also. Very disgusting store. There were sticky roach/rat traps by all the snacks.

I go here quite often to buy cigarettes and gas occasionally. The owners and staff are very friendly. Their prices are cheaper than most by a few pennies but every penny counts on a budget..
