“UPDATEThere is new management at this business which has served Brown County for so many years. They had no idea of the situation described below, and despite the completed flooring job done months ago, there was no paperwork in company files to provide contact info. The new manager went out of her way to get a hold of me and see if they could take care of the baseboard, which was done very quickly, and I so appreciate it. Thank you, Brownwood DecoratingThe person in charge seemed to go out of his way to help me get the flooring I wanted at a price I could afford, which was appreciated. However, the person who installed the flooring left a gouge in my baseboard, which I pointed out to the person in charge. There was flooring left over, and we discussed remodeling the bathroom and using the same flooring. He said he would give me a quote, I never got a quote. I called the location to follow up a number of times, to no avail. The job was basically left somewhat undone, because no threshold was put down at the door of the bathroom, because supposedly they were going to do that room as well. So I had to get a whole new contractor to work on the bathroom, and the damage to my baseboard remains. Disappointed.”
