“I'm an out of town visitor who had a tractor trailer tire explode on the road and smash out my front windshield while I was in Louisiana. I was already 8 hours into a 15-hour trip and just finished up coming into Brownwood.
Called around several places, talked to Ms. Donna, who had the best price in town and was able to sort me out.
Lot more to the story, but at the end of the day I walked away truly pleased with the service and felt that I actually met a good person, someone not interested in taking advantage of you, which is hard to find these days. I don't remember the gentleman's name that did the service, but he was on top of it and very personable as well.
I absolutely recommend anybody and everybody that needs glass service to stop here.”
